Here is a very honest review: Ordered take out at the restaurant (not over the phone). I ordered the sesame chicken dinner special with an extra eggroll and an order of cream cheese wantons. The extra eggroll was missing from the order. Service - The cashier who took my order was not friendly however the food was ready in less than 3 minutes. My husband and I were very impressed at this point and took our food home. When we called about the missing eggroll the associate accused my husband of lying saying that they did not have a record of us calling our order in... Thats because we ordered AT THE RESTAURANT! Ultimately they agreed to a refund of the missing eggroll. Food- The remaining eggroll and cream cheese wantons were cold and stale. The chicken was cold and had a fishy taste (we guessed it was due to not changing the oils for seafood/ non seafood). Overall not fresh and very disappointing. When all is said and done Im leaving 2 stars because we did end up eating the food (so it was edible), they are willing to take care of the missing eggroll and the fortune cookie was pretty good.

Amazing food, slow service. I dont know about the dine in experiece, but if you order delivery be prepared to wait an hour and a half. But I must say this is the best chinese food Ive ever eaten. Its worth the wait. I would order from here any day over a place that delivered in 15 minutes tht had bad food. From reading other reviews I must say that I disagree, This is the most authentic tasting chinese food Ive had in the united states. (I studied abroad in China and I absolutely love the culture and the cuisine) So if youre in for an authentic chinese experience, order from chopstix. The slow service is also an authentic chinese trait. But I think the longer it takes to prepare the food, the better it is. Remember: New York style chinese is not authentic chinese. It is american chinese. Chopstix is Chinese Chinese. Enjoy! The Shrimp Lo Mein is out of this world!

Gave them one star. Would give less if I could. I ordered my food for delivery. 70 minutes later, no food. I called and had to listed to the young lady on the other end of the phone relay my location - which I clearly identified on the order - to the driver, who, according to the manager, "doesnt speak or read English very well". After listening to a three-way argument about my location, during which time they could not understand that I was STANDING ON THE SIDEWALK OUTSIDE MY OFFICE LOOKING FOR THE CAR, I told the manager to cancel my order. The manager - and I use that term loosely - didnt try to salvage the order. No offers for a discount, no coupons for my inconvenience, nothing but an insincere apology. Still waiting on my refund. Unbelievably poor service. I cant even comment on the quality of the food, but if the service is this bad, I wouldnt trust it.

I drove to Chopstix today with a friend expecting to get tasty Chinese food. The people working there were nice, but they messed up big time. I ordered one thing and they gave me something different without me realizing it. My friend and I left and drove back home to eat. I pick up a piece of what was supposed to be sweet and sour shrimp and ate it only to discover that it was chicken. This wouldnt be such a big deal except for the fact that I am a pescetarian and I havent eaten chicken in over five years. I went back to the restaurant and told them what had happened. They made me pay the difference of the two meals so that I could get what I actually ordered in the first place. They were completely insensitive to my dilemma and seemed to place the blame on me instead of on their employee that took my order. I will never go back there again.

Extremely dissatisfied. The male taking the order was in a pair of nasty gym shorts that were less than well maintained. He got my order wrong, then supposedly fixed it and the receipt showed a different amount than my card was charged. So not only did I get charged an extra $7 for an item I did not order, I also did not get all the food I did order. The food was mediocre at best and the cream cheese wantons were the worst I have ever had. When I called to get the issue resolved, I was told there was nothing they could do and would not be able to fix their error in overcharging. Nor did they even offer any type of compensation. I will never go back to this hole in the wall, and will make sure I warn everyone I know to stay away. Not worth the effort. I wouldnt even give it a star if I could post without one.

Overall pretty negative experience unfortunately. The delivery driver who dropped off my food was on a loud personal phone call that I could hear before he even got to the door, and he never stopped talking even when handing me my food. On top of that the food isnt great. I ordered general tsos tofu dinner special, was charged extra for veggie fried rice and a spring roll even though these were listed options with the vegetarian dishes. The spring roll was only cabbage and the rapper had a weird almost stale texture. The General Tsos tofu is supposed to be spicy, and this has no spice whatsoever. It literally tastes like they put it in sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice is pretty good though, and has a good medley of vegetables.

I ordered delivery and they sent me the wrong food. I then called to get a refund, and they claimed they cant refund unless their driver comes to pick the food up. So not only did I wait an hour and a half for the wrong food, I had to wait for their delivery driver to come back and get it so I could get my money back so I couldnt leave my house to get something else for lunch. I can only assume they sent my wrong order out to the next person who ordered that item, which means that someone got food that sat around for hours. This is terrible customer service and the thought of getting old food that was sent to someone else grosses me out. I wont be ordering from here again.

After one successful experience with Chopstix, I decided to make another delivery order. I called an hour before closing. The person taking my order seemed rushed but I didnt mind. It was an alright phone call. Then after waiting some time for my delivery, we realized they hadnt gotten my phone number in case they couldnt find my place. So when they finally arrived after an hour and ten minutes, I was surprised. I figured they werent coming. Thankful, I tipped the man and when I looked inside my bag, everything was covered in something that had leaked and the rest of the food was either under cooked or mush. It was inedible.
