If yall ever get to the WONDERFUL town of Waynesville, North Carolina, a MUST VISIT shop in the historic, quaint town is SMOKEY MOUNTAIN DOG BAKERY owned by a very nice lady, Julie Moriarty!! Fresh baked dog treats, all kinds of things for your pet, even TShirts for humans with the GREATEST sayings on them. She encourages pet adoption, shows pictures and info about available animals. We are from Texas, our kids from Californi. We had a fun time in Julie s shop!!!!!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

*This review is based on their online ordering and treats shipped to my house The Thundering Herd turned me on to this dog bakery and I am now continually ordering their treats for my dogs. They have a wide variety and selecting including grain free. My dogs have so far loved every single treat Ive ordered for them from this Bakery. They especially love the fake Cheese Its :)

Dropped by on a whim while I was picking up a sign for my newest listing. This cute little store was such a dog lovers paradise. My furry friend and I got a bag of the Bacon Cheddar treats and a set of 3 turtle treats for the road. Not sure if it was the owner who helped me, but she was friendly and funny. Hope this place has success for years to come!

A great place to shop for your furbabies. They had a great selection of decorated cookies for dogs and made sure that each of our pups got the same number of cookies so that they wouldnt be jealous. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. If your looking to get your dog a delicious, healthy treat, then this place is a must.

Visited the Dog Bakery today. This place is great! The store clerks were most cordial to my dog, Hank, and they even spoke to him and gave him a couple of treats while I shopped. Bought a bag of mixed treats and he has yet to turn his nose up. He got the snacks and I got a t-shirt. Thank your for the "treat" of a visit.

We visit NC annually and we always make sure to purchase a few things from this store. The staff has an obvious love and appreciation for animals, which always makes the experience a good one. Our pups love the treats and we are able to buy around one of our dogs allergies. Love this place!
