I like this Publix and they usually have most of their items in stock. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. If you cant find what you are looking for, theyll take the time to help you find it or go ask about the item. Without asking they gave us rainchecks on sale items when they didnt have it in stock. Their bakery is awesome, order desserts through the bakery. My negative is how they take customers at the deli area. Massive chaos. They dont know who is first, just take someone while others were their first. This gets hectic when people are getting off work and doing their shopping. We were there during such a time and had to get what we needed from the deli because it was a unique ingredient for a recipe. The younger guy behind the counter started asking a customer/off the clock employee how her date went, she was like "hey you have customers". His response was to roll his eyes then take her order when this lady exploded, saying she had already been there for 30 minutes and you are going to take an employee who just walked up, forget this. We where there for 45 minutes and they gave us the wrong deli meat. My husband had to go back in and wait another 20 minutes. Get a better system especially when you have a lot of waiting customers. No one knows who was there first and the people get fed up seeing someone standing on one end get waited on.

I recently brought visitors from United Kingdom to experience the wonderful deli subs at the Publix store in Live Oak. They were extremely impressed with the high quality of the whole store and now are addicted to those wonderful subs and the marvelous bakery. The service was marvelous and they had to go back and try another sandwich. Both times our customer service was a very cordial young lady named Angela. Please let the manager know what outstanding service and cordial attitude, we captured her beautiful smile in picture and next trip it is one of the designated stops in Live Oak, Florida

Everytime I go to Publix the employees are very helpful an polite. My mom an I had a sweet tooth after a long day an we saw one Lemon pie there calling out to us. An we dived into it an it was the most delicious lemon pie ever. Even my mom said it an she makes them homemade

Hardly even a publix. More like a winn dixie with a publix name on it. Bathrooms are gross. Meat doesnt look that great. Its worth the trip to lake city.
