I visited Amoari on Friday 4/14/17. When I walked in, the saleswoman greeted me and asked me if she could help me. I replied that I was there to look around (I had never been there.) She returned to applying make-up to another woman at the tasting bar (I thought this was a wine and beer business, not a cosmetic counter.) She did ask me if I needed help to which I replied, "No." I selected a bottle and walked to the counter to pay for it. I told her that I had a Groupon that had expired but was still worth its base value. She informed me that I could not use it. I told her that the policy of Groupon is to honor the base value of the Groupon and she asked me to read it to her. I did. She responded that they could not take it. No "Im sorry," or any words of condolence. I left the bottle on the counter and walked out. I had not been treated as a valued customer and she did not behave as a professional - make-up and all!

I have visit a few wine tasting in the past and I havent experience such at sour demeanor as my experience at Vino Amoari Wine Bar & Store. My fiance didnt enjoy the experience because he felt as though the woman who was giving the wine demonstration lack customer service skills. I will not be visiting this place until the staff take a lesson on how to sale items with a better attitude.

This is a very nice little spot near Crabtree mall. I love the ambiance and the knowledge of my man Ralph! Ralph is very knowledgeable about the wines and beer here. Definitely ask him questions to gain direction of which wines and beers you will like. Had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back!!!!

I attended a wine tasting event held there about 2 months ago & I enjoyed everything. Outside of the event, I thought the staff was knowledgeable & friendly. I found the establishment to be clean, well stocked, the decor nice & very relaxing. I look forward to going back.
