I see other people have had service problems here. I dont normally waste time reviewing fast food, but my recent experience with this Taco Bell made me vow to never eat at another Yum owned establishment. Took a reluctant friend for lunch, but after 30 minutes he noticed everybody had been served. I went to the counter, and asked for a manager. Emanue/al took quite a long time turning around to talk with me, and his answer to why it should take 300 minutes for two taco salads was "Sorry, but I have three trainees working the front." I said thats your problem. When he just stood there not trying to make anything right, I told him he had an attitude. We bandied back and forth - yes you do, no I dont, until I asked for a refund. I saw he was really angry, and couldnt ring up my refund. He then stalked away yelling "Hey boss lady come give this guy his refund" Boss lady came up and gave me refund with no concern about making anything right. I know my friend will never go to a Taco Bell, and I will never go to any Yum property again. Food might be OK if you can get it served. Service and management seem to make this location a dicey experience at best

I had a comically horrible experience at this location. Already, I know better than to go inside a taco bell/kfc but my friends insisted. We walked in to a pretty reasonable line but it didnt seem to be moving at a regular speed. After about 10 minutes we did manage to get our orders in. We took a seat at our table and began the wait. About (literally) 25 minutes later and after many other customers had asked for refunds and left, we received our food. Throughout most of the wait, we heard many employees shouting and joking around in the kitchen, meanwhile there is 1 woman running the register. We even saw a few employees walk out of the kitchen and leave the restaurant. If the owner or highest manager ever takes a look at this comment, my suggestion to you is clean house and rehire. At least the 7pm Sunday staff.

I arrived at 3PM today to order lunch. The counter was littered with cleaning bottles and dirty rags.The order taker was clearly bothered that she had to come to the counter to take my order. She could not fill my order immediately, so she walked away to fill another order. She had no gloves on and proceeded directly to filling orders after handling cleaning supplies without washing or putting on gloves. While filling another order she dropped a piece of chicken on the counter, picked it up and walked around the counter looking over her shoulder while putting the chicken into the bucket she was filling. I had been so disgusted that I asked for the manger. I simply asked for a refund, which she provided without asking me why I made the request. in fact she never spoke to me at all. Unbelievable!

Im a local and I stop by here all the time. Sure, sometimes the service is subpar, but very frequently Im greeted by smiles and the same friendly people who always get my order right. The food is great as Id expect it, and Im now on a first name basis with four employees. Its become my favorite place to grab a midmorning snack on the way to work, and I can never complain about the speed of service as they kick the food out to me from order to bag-grab in under a minute unless theyre overly busy -- which isnt often, too bad for them. :(

This lady by the name of Annie, I believe. Has a terrible attitude. Shes sometimes very impolite to her own co-workers. One of them continuously tried to get her attention to ask a simple question and she ignored the person several times. I would also like to say that the food was very low quality, my rice in my burrito was very mushy as if someone had overcooked it and it was very bland as of it had came right out of a package. Although the sweet tea was very tasteful.

This is my second time going here and I will never go here again. On both occasions my food was not good and was poorly made. I just came from there and ordered the new potatoe rito and my cheese was not melted and the potatoes were hard as rocks. Im definitely not a picky person, I can overlook alot of things but this was the last straw. I hope they find someone better to prepare the food.

Wow by far the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been too. My order took no lie 40 minutes to make and I ordered just for myself and I picked one of the numbers with no special instructions. They gave me no tray with my order I was dinning in. There condiments were completely empty no napkins sauce ect...beware of eating here. I also got sick from my meal to add to my misery of eating here.

Great new look, same crappy service. The order takers are rude at best and the order, when you finally get it, is going to be wrong if you order more than one thing. It would be great if when taking an order you could say "would you like anything else with that" rather than giving me my total and telling me to pull around after every item I order.

Was not clean, I see why their score was a 90 which really means they are in the 80s. Food, trash all over the floor, bathrooms very dirty which means that transfers to the kitchen. Never eat there again until new owner or manager that knows how to present a clean place to eat.

Customers are not important at breakfast. Opens a 7 am I show up at 7:10, beat on the door for 2mn, still locked out. Had to go thru drive thru. And wait its know 7:20 door still locked. Not coming to this bell again. Will drive 4 ml.out of my way.this has happened before.

The line moved very slow, the service messed up my order, which wasnt hard it was a $5 box. Two tacos and a burrito with a drink. But they did fix my order before leaving. What can you expect I guess..

Every time i go to this taco bell it takes at least 10 minutes to get my food. I can order 1 taco and it takes that long. Drive through staff is nice though.
