I ordered food through the drive thru on a Friday night and it was packed. When I looked at my order when they gave it to us it was completely wrong. So I went up to the manager, told him the problem and he remade it for me and was super apologetic and nice. I got in the car and the order was still wrong. So I went up to the window and asked for the manager again. Not only did he repeat back my order for the third time correctly, but he still didnt get it right. They were so slammed I didnt even wanna bother getting the food that I paid for again.

Ive gone to this Cookout with no trouble before. All employees are helpful and nice. The food is good for a great price. Not sure if there are new employees there now or what but when I went today I asked for a Cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion (no sauces) and I get a burger with mayo, onions, and what I think is lettuce. This isnt normal for Cookout and is probably just a new person learning but Ill check my food next time.

This place is always busy, especially weekends! Dont be shy of long lines though as the cars usually back up around the building and out on the main road! Other than limited parking and long lines, this place has some decent choices. The milkshakes, there are 40 to choose from! The menu is quite developed with multiple options for things like dogs or burgers. Prices are not all that bad either with a $5 tray option.

The people there obviously should be working at a fast-food restaurant. They can not make a simple order correct, multiple times I have gone to this cookout and had to go back to get the order corrected. The workers are incompetent and do not understand a simple "no mayonnaise" or "only lettuce". The Cary cook out is awful, I would go to the one on Western they have a better drive-thru system anyways.

This is a great place to get food made to order. They have almost too many shake varieties to choose from. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff are quick and friendly. When you deviate from the menu and order something unusual like a double burger with no bun, is when you have issues with the correctness of your order; but even then the service is great.

My fiancee and I went to Cookout yesterday to try their famous milkshakes. I had the Oreo and he chose the chocolate/cherry one. Theyre delicious and super thick. It is possible to drink with a straw, but much easier with a spoon! ;) Prices are reasonable and the double drive-thru is pretty cool! Will go back to try their food.

I dont see why so many people complain. Its not a gourmet restaurant and one of the few around here thats open late. You get what you pay for right? Compared to most Cook-Outs they generally get my order right. And the food quality is as expected. Genuine NC fast food. Pretty good when you need a late night munch.

Im full but Im not happy about it. 5 star for value- I mean where else do you get a hamburger with a side of chicken wrap and quesadilla? However, this is what you eat when youre 15 and dont know what sucks. They need to offer a side of immodium too bc its going to be a long long night.

I came in with my whole family and we all ordered something obnoxiously specific right as the dinner rush started. Despite there being 7 of us, they got our order out quickly and correctly and with the kind of customer service you cant find often anymore: polite, kind, and accommodating.

Terrible. Was in the mood for a peanut butter snicker milkshake and they gave me a vanilla. With nothing in it. No management whatsoever kids running it, they cant even make a shake, food is probably worse, never again! GO TO ANDYS ON HIGHWAY 55 IN APEX! ! ALOT BETTER!

Always get the Cajun Chicken Cookout Tray. Just right amount of spice and grilled flavor. Comes with your choice of TWO sides: Fries, Onion Rings, Corn Dog, Bacon Wrap, Slaw, plus choice of drink. Well worth the a $5 and change. Always quick and courteous.

Food is largely flavorless sparing perhaps the seasoned fries and the milkshakes, while enjoyable enough, are essentially just soft serve ice cream in a cup. The service is decent enough but I cant recommend it unless its a convenient option.

For a chain business this place makes a good burger and chicken sandwich. The menu is a bit confusing at first but once you figure it out the place is a great value. They also do good milkshakes and floats. The cheerwine float is my jam!

Best fast food you can find! The burgers really do taste like they are grilled at home. I dont eat here often but every few months when Im craving greasy comfort food, I have to get a cheeseburger and onion rings!

It was jam packed with vehicles waiting for the drive thru and pedestrians waiting at the takeout window. Some vehicles on the other lane who came after me managed to order before me. Food was okay not awesome.

The foods the best, hands down. Its the only place where you can get a double cheeseburger, with a quesidilla, and a corn dog on the side plus a milkshake for like 6 bucks. This is a magical place.

Good special for five bucks , burger, 2 sides and huge drink Love hotdogs well done, toasted bun, mustard and ketchup with chili on the top. The taste of the hotdogs on the chargrill is awesome!!
