EXTREMELY rude man seemed angry he was tasked with taking my order yesterday. He kept cutting me off before I could complete giving him details of my order with a stern "NO! Regular or Supreme." I would answer his question, and start to add additional details of my order--supreme, with chicken and cool ranch shell. But he would again cut me slowing his words as if I were a small child "NO!!! Regular or Supreme". I repeated supreme... started to add the rest of the details...he cut me off again "NO! I said regular or supreme.... there are 3 kinds of shells you have to tell me what kind of shell you want." If he would have let me finish my sentence, he would have all the info he needed to complete my order. This is the same sentence I have used at other Taco Bell restaurants with absolutely no incident. Instead he was condicending, mean, and I felt marginalized. I feel as if he was angry at the mere sight of me which by the way is a half Asian woman. I would give no stars if I could because this mean person is allowed to be the first line of corporate representation for Taco Bell. A call to the shift manager was made and she did listen to my complaint during the busy lunch shift and offer apologies which I appreciate so very much.

I live directly across the street from the Harrison Ave Taco Bell, however I drove to this one because of how absolutely awful the Harrison location is. The Kildaire location isnt the prettiest Taco Bell. It reminds me of the 90s Taco Bell, but who really cares about how pretty the interior of a Taco Bell is? Im used to waiting 20-30 minutes for service, only to have them get the order wrong 75% of the time, serve over fried chalupa shells, and under filled tacos, so I drove 15 minutes to try this location figuring Id still get home with the food at roughly the same time. When I got there and placed my order, there seemed to be something holding them up in the back. I waited for about 5-10 minutes, and then the manager noticed I was still waiting and came over to apologize that they had to make fresh chalupa shells and gave me a free empanada and cinnamon twists for my patience. I can assure you that I will be driving to this location from now on. On top of the apology and free desert, the chalupa shells werent hard as a rock and the tacos were generously enough filled. Even the sauce packets were all lined up pretty and had mints below them! 5 stars for this Taco Bell location!

I went through the Drive through around 930pm. Was greeted by an extremely friendly employee. She was patient with me as I waiting for the others in the vehicle to decide upon the food they wanted. She repeated my order back to me and was pleasant through the entire experience. We drove up and one of the people in the vehicle decided they wanted a different drink. She said he could have the one they already made since she was just going to have to throw it away anyways. I though that was extremely kind of her, especially since she had already made the drink and was kind enough to make a different one for him. The food was delicious. The tacos were stuffed full, crunch wrap packed, and food as ordered, everything was correct. Overall, extremely friendly staff (at least at the time I went), delicious food, and fast service.

For the most part the staff is friendly and the food is good. My best experiences are with the breakfast crew. They seem more friendly and welcoming on a more consistent basis than lunch or dinner staff. That being said I would have given this 4 stars, however this location loses a star due to how slow wait times are for the drive thru. If there are more than 2 cars in front of you, prepare to wait for 15-20 minutes...for the drive thru. It seems that they are understaffed at peak hours, because the long waits happen on a regular basis during lunch and dinner. Keep in mind these are just 2-3 cars in the line. No drive thru should be that slow. Other taco bells i go to have me in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 min when busy. If they can ever improve the drive through speed Ill add a star back.

So I got the wrong order, nice job, but its worth about $3 more than mine was so im over that, it came with a quesalupa, which I would never regularly order because all of their quesa-whatevers are SUPER disappointing, the quesarito had like some terrible fake cheese spray instead of the real fake cheese they use, but this one, the quesalupa had 0 cheese, 0 CHEESE, you can just pull the 2 shells apart and its dry, not even the terrible spray tis time, cmon taco bell, its not that hard

Ive been coming to this Taco Bell for about two years now and the service has been decent and pretty consistent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the last two Sundays Ive gotten drive-in theyve messed my order up. They fixed it even though it technically was my fault for not looking at the confirmation screen. It will not stop my weekly visits!

Horrific, I ordered a doubledilla box, they come back and give me a single double decker taco and act confused when I tell them its not even close to what I ordered. They can charge you right but when it comes to giving you the right stuff they are pretty confused on that. Never going here again, third time this has happened in the past few months.

I went through the drive through, ordered 2 items and found they had put 2 peppermints in the bag too. Not typical for a fast food drive through, they went above and beyond. So Im giving them this 5star review. Their chicken burrito and qesolupa was good too, though I was hungry at the time, so that might be why it tasted extra delicious.

Always a disappointment at this location. They always ask if the screen of my order looks correct and it is, so why cant they read the same screen so my food is is correct when handed to me? If you charge extra for nacho cheese and sour cream then you should make sure its given as it was verified correct on the screen and then paid for.

Limited options, not completely clean 100% of the time.. But odly enough its one of my favorite fast food joints in my neighborhood. The options they have are really tasty, I just wish they supplied fish tacos like most locations. Vegetarian switch outs are available. (For example, vegetarian refried beans instead of ground meat)

Friendly, pleasent,. Anthony the cashier greeted us with a smile. Then talked to my husband and genuinely want to make our visit as pleasent as possible. This from a Taco Bell . In my opinion this is Customer Service. A lost Art .

We dined in and waited 25 mins to get our food. Service absolutely was horrible. The food was not that good either. It wasnt like we showed up at lunch time so it wasnt busy. We were their around 2. No reason for them to be that slow.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint. You cant beat the $5 deals. This week it is a taco, a Doritos taco, a. Double Gordita and a drink. I say if you are hungry and dont want to spend a lot, go for it!
