To start with - the service could not get any worse. The owners have one thing in mind - profit. If you dont mind paying top dollar for a sandwich that is slopped together with no care what so ever then by all means, shop at this branch and you will see just how stingy this store is. Ive asked my wife to never go to this location again. We have been to many Sub ways and this is the worst. The one inside the Crabtree mall is also a joke. Some are good and ran very well. This one is aweful.

So their ad states that any regular sub is $5, but guess what, there is a very limited selection of what they declare "regular". The almighty Club Sub is considered a "Premium Sub" at this location yet the website doesnt state as much. The guy I dealt with (probably the owner) was a jerk when asked about this. I visit a LOT of different subways from all over NC and this is on my "worst" list of places to visit.

I never had any problems with this Subway. Its fine. Its fast food, its a sandwich. Chill out you crazy internet reviewers. You get what you pay for. If you want service, buy a $10 combo at Chick-Fil-A. If you want a quick sandwich, get a sub. If you want a cheap sandwich, get something on the particular stores $5 list and stop complaining about the details of the fast food industry.

They dont believe in toppings. If Im going to have 1 small layer of meat and I ask for extra olives, give me the extra toppings. That goes for sauce too. Also the 5 dollar foot long and and ask for double meat... 5.00 + 2.50 does not equal 10 bux. For that Ill get a real sub at jersey mikes. Subway on edwards mill rd will put extra if u ask for extra!

My fiancee and I ate here for a quick bite before our dance lessons and were very happy. Sammy was our sandwich artist and made our sandwich perfect! The restaurant was very clean too! Very happy with this subway and we plan to return!
