Worst service I have ever had anywhere in my 30 years of life. Absolutely atrocious service. Howard, the manager on duty, should fire himself for his restaurant and servers performance last night. It was a Friday night at 10pm, with about 11 soccer referees. Place was about 30% full, with plenty of staff. Our waitress might have had 3-5 tables. Took over an hour for our food, all of which arrived at different times. Once we asked for our checks it took another 20mins before she walked over and proceeded to double check with each of us what we had ordered. Which wasnt much. Once we got our checks it took another 20 mins to get our change cause she was still getting drinks for other customers and learning how to calculate numbers. Meanwhile her coworkers who were basically shutting the place down were just chilling. We didnt leave until after midnight and our whole table was standing up because we were so uncomfortable and ready to go. The manager didnt walk by one time and were offered no apology.

New to GSO.......stopped by for wings (all drums).....the bartender, Jessica, provided perfect service. I noticed as she interacted with all the other customers around the bar....she know exactly how to service the individual needs of each one. With one she talked, joked, and conversed. With another customer she talked about things such as the upcoming "bike night".....mellow stuff. Me, she left me alone but kept tabs on my beer and if the wings were ok.....she didnt annoy me with the tipical "trying to make conversation with the customer" or checking up on my verbally every 2 minutes......she kept tabs without having to ask me. I like to be left alone until Im done with my dinner.......As I said, she knew exactly how to interact with the different personalities and provide the different wants to the customers. This Hooters lady knows customer service.......the best thing.....she didnt ask me those 50 million questions.......where are you going? where you from? what do you do? blah, blah, blah.

This used to be my favorite place but not anymore due to terrible service. Went there one Saturday and it took 15 minutes to get seated when there were about 8 or 9 empty tables. While me and my date were waiting about 4 other families/couples came in behind us and waited as well. When we were finally seated server was nice and attentive but the food took 45 minutes to arrive. Asked the manager Angela if she could discount the meal at all and she was very rude. Paid the bill and left the server (who was great) a good tip. Will never go back though and Angela is the reason why, I work in customer service and patrons shouldnt be treated as poorly as I was.

We eat at hooters usually twice a week, while we are in Greensboro. I can only guess this restaurant is as busy as it is because of the location. The service is terrible, food is very basic . It appears that management doesnt care about the customers. Most of the time, you have to flag down someone to get anything, refills, check etc. The severs seem to be more concerned with talking to each Other. Something really needs to be done here.!!!!! I bet sales could be increased 30 %, if somebody cared.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Seated quickly as it was not busy, read half the paper before someone asked if I wanted to order anything. My beer shows up seconds before the fried pickles. Constantly having to look for waitress, never got a refill on beer or water. Three of us were almost done with our wings by the time the fourth got his meal. A manager type walked by and asked if everything was alright but didnt wait for a response. Never again! If you are trying to kill your franchise, you are doing a great job.

The food is absolutely horrible!! Literally everything Ive ever ordered has been disgusting. It really sucks because sexy ladies serving food is such a fun idea and can offer something unique compared to a regular restaurant. Also, tonight my experience with the wait staff was lacking. It took almost 20 min to get a drink, our table was dirty and the server acted as though we were putting her out by asking for it to be wiped down, and we received no silverware. They werent even busy!! Overall, this restaurant just kinda sucks.

I went to Hooters for the first time along with my friend. I was not at all impressed by the food or the service. My friend had to go get our waitress as she was inattentive to us. My friend got his food and I notice him spitting it out. I look up and theres blood coming out of the uncooked chicken. Our waitress took them back with no issue but was unapologetic. The manager came out to apologize with new wings however he was still charged. That to me is poor customer service and it left a bad taste in my mouth and his.

Im from Lakeland, FL, so I know how a person should be treated while dining at Hooters. This didnt happen here. The group I was with was virtually ignored the whole time here. I politely asked for a refill on my soda and the waitress actually sighed out loud. I was shocked! We attempted to play a game of pool, but was told we couldnt because it was missing an 8-ball. I told her it was alright, we could always play without the 8-ball, but we were still not allowed. What kind of establishment is this?!

I went back the 2nd time because I figured everybody has an off day, but sure enough, the girls were hanging out with themselves again, not giving anyone decent service. They hire pretty girls that have no idea how to wait tables. I have a gift card that I dont even want to use because of the service at this restaurant. If someone from this restaurant reads this, you should hire some girls that have experience waiting tables or your going to run alot of your business away.

Great food, our waitress was awesome. With that being said, I hope you didnt make the the waitress pay for what the people behind us did to her. If a customer comes into a sit down, dine in, made fresh restaurant, and has the nerve to get up and walk out without at least paying for what they consumed before leaving, usually that isnt the waitress fault. Some people are just inconsiderate and want fast food from dine in places and whine when they dont get their way.

Its clear management does not care about the complaints or does nothing about it. I didnt even sit down and walked out. I asked to sit on patio and had to ask for a menu while the two waitresses sat down conversing and had no idea I was waiting on several others to show up. They missed out and we gave our money to Hams literally almost next door. Hooters waitresses were rude and not helpful at all. I will drive 45min before coming back here.

Just left the High Point Hooters in Greensboro. Received our drinks and didnt see the waitress until 30 min later with the excuse their short staffed and our food would be out "shortly". Not my problem. She should have updated us 10 min in our wait. A family of 4 that came in after us which we were also a party of 4 received appetizers and we had nothing. Read other reviews about the service should have went with my instinct.
