I had heard of Wolfgang Puck and when some friends recommended we stop by after going to see Disneys "Frozen" on Ice today, I thought, "why not". And I will say that it did not disappoint. The service was good and the pizza was easily some of the best Id ever eaten. In fact, I was so delighted with the pizza, I took my youngest daughter (age 3) to go look at the oven they cook the pizza in. I have been dreaming of my own wood-fired pizza oven and just thought it would be nice to see theirs in action. And this is where the real amazement began. Not only were the cooks exceptional with the pies, but the attention and time they took talking to me and my 3 year old was something that Ive never had happen. We finally walked off after 15 minutes and went back to the table to collect the rest of my "crew" and on the way out my daughter and her friend (both age 6) wanted to see the oven, and the "fire" too. We took all 3 girls back to the oven area and not only did they continue to engage them and answered all the questions they could have had about what they do. All while handling a rush of orders, handcutting herbs and toppings and grinding cheeses. They mentioned that twice a year there is a cooking class at the restaurant for kids (we will definitely be back to that). The managers their also made the kids feel very important and they wound up letting them each play with some real pizza dough (that they also let them turn into delish cookies cooked in front of them). We probably stayed an additional 30 minutes and never did they make us feel rushed or out of place. I was so completely surprised by the treatment and thoughtfulness that I wanted to post this review. I have eaten at more than my share of restaurants, some pretty great ones, and Ive never felt inclined to post a review but the way they made those kids feel and the looks in the kids eyes when we left, I had to. They asked us on the way out how the Disney show was and we told them it was great. But the girls were never as excited or involved during the show as they were working with those pizzas. A+++

Ive been to Wolfgang Puck Pizza & Bar twice for dinner, so its obvious that I would go back despite some little factors I have to mention. Ive tried the individual Pepperoni Pomodoro Pizza (just big enough for one), the side item of Rough Cut French Fries (big enough to share), and the Linguini. All three items were pretty above average in taste in my opinion. Of course, along with the upscale decor and atmosphere, comes higher prices. Most of the restaurant is furnished in wood, with comfortable booths and tables, and non-florescent lighting. It has sort of an upscale Italian tavern feel to it. Its a place where you can have a nice conversation over some good food. Retreating back to the commodities, Id have to say that its not so pricey that the food doesnt make you come back for more. Try it out for yourself though, Id say it deserves at least that chance. Bring your money, though! I like this place :)

This was our third visit to WP Kitchen, and, regrettably, this is the first review I have written, and have never checked in. That will definitely change! Our bartender, Carly, was phenomenal! She was friendly, personable, and gave some of the best service I have had in the area. This trip, we had the truffled chips with blue cheese fondue as our appetizer, and my husband and I both loved them; they went very well with our cocktails. He had the braised pork shank, which came with local hoop cheese grits - and he wont quit raving about the dish. I had a bite and the pork was so tender it melted in your mouth. The grits were delicious! I had the Goat Lady pizza, and loved it. Next time, I will try one of the entrees.... probably the pork shank because it was so good. They have daily dinner and drink specials as well.

Tried to dine, after making reservations, on Thursday, 8/13/15. We arrived on time and were seated, given menus, and ... then ... nothing. No one stopped by to take a drink order, bring water, talk to us, or anything. We waited ten minutes, while listening to someone in the kitchen take apart the restaurant, talk about working at The Chophouse (it was apparently better), and watching a mostly empty restaurant just sit there. We got up to leave, passed the woman who seated us ten minutes prior (who "so helpfully" wished us a great night), and went to another restaurant. Hideous service.

5 stars for excellent food, much more affordable than I expected, especially with the Wolfgang Puck name tied to it. The menu is simple, a collection of his most popular dishes, salads, pizza and a burger that my husband really enjoyed. My son had the margarita pizza which was good, but I enjoyed the pesto and mushroom pizza topped with a lovely arugula salad even more. Service is exceptional, the staff is very well trained and the entire dining experience seamlessly perfect. Highly recommended for a casually elegant lunch or dinner while shopping El Paso.

Loved this place when it first opened. Was a happening spot. The former managers/servers were engaging and made the place feel like you wanted to come back. The new managers are not as engaging. The servers dont have the same level of enthusiasm as they once did. I hate to see GSO lose this "high end" named restaurant but given the "morgue" feel I am afraid it wont make it. Took entirely too long for them to get some good beers in. No IPAs for a long time (months) were offered, seriously. The takeout in cardboard boxes take away from the food.

We are now at the juice shop on our special date night because my husbands food was so spicy he couldnt eat it. He got bread on the side but still couldnt eat it therefore they took his food and gladly got him something different. Well, they gave him a side of siracha sauce to put on his burger and he put it on his burger because he thought it was ketchup. Unfortunately he doesnt know what siracha sauce was bc he doesnt eat spicy food!!! Needless to say $70 later we are at the juice shop. They couldve at least promoed us an app.

Waitress literally came back from the kitchen & asked me why I didnt want mozzarella on my pizza. Put me in a very personal spot to explain why I cant eat mozzarella. What does it matter?????? And bread does not come at the same time as the entrees.... The "spaghetti" was noodles and canned stewed tomatoes with a very light sprinkle of garnishment. It has no flavor. And this is why. You never know who walks into your door...

We had the fish and chips and two pizzas for lunch. Everything was clearly handmade including the sources which were fantastic. We started with the truffle fondue potato chips and the homemade meatballs both of which were very good. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for being an upscale restaurant. We would definitely go there again

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner tonight where the food was very tasty, the waiter was professional and fantastic, the hostess was charming, and the manager came out to greet us. It was a pleasant and spectacular experience!
