The managers that run that store are evil. They run around picking on the employees, forcing them to quit. they share employees personal business with all other managers n employees. Many people were fired for no good reason n countless more were forced to quit.they only keep those that they like. When they have determined that they do not like you, thats when the bullying begins. If u like to b picked on n bullied for $7 an hour, than this is the place for u.

Gave this cook out one star and thats only because 0 wasnt an option. Constantly give this location the benefit of the doubt but my order is never right here. When they do get the order right the quality and taste is horrible not to mention a guy handed me my food and his hands looked as if he had been working on cars all day (dirty hands/fingernails) do yourself a favor and travel to Wendover. This location is trash ..

Live right across the street, so I eat here often. Its so delicious, especially compared to most other fast food places. And cannot forget about the very inexpensive "Cookout Tray" with 2 big items, French fries and your choice of any large drink/a huge sweet tea/or for a lil extra $, any milkshake of your choice.

Food is usually great. Prices are great. The reason for this poor review is that even when I state what sauce I want for my nuggets or whatever. They never give me any. EVERY Time I go there. They even ask me at the window and even still I drive away with no sauce.

Ordered a chili cheese dog along with other food. Low and behold received an invisible dog.. apparently these orders are too comprehensive for the cooks to make so they respectfully serve you with a majestic bun! Keep up the great work guys!

Order was not packed correctly. Service sucked. Cashier acted as if he had an attitude. Sandwich had only a half scoop of barbeque and was ordered without hit sauce but had got sauce on when delivered.

I like this kind of good, not fancy, not expensive, not healthy, but delicious. Very good grilled hot dogs. The burgers taste just like the ones you get at a concession stand, which I like.

Only lost a star because it doesnt have indoor seating like the newer restaurants, but the Cookout Tray is still the best deal in the Triad and the milkshakes are delicious.
