I visited this Sonic today (2/13/15) and it was the worst experience. The cashier took it upon herself to charge me for a combo when I only asked for a sandwich and a side. When I pressed the button again for clarification of the price a guy answered and had the nastiest attitude ever for no reason. He was extremely rude and hateful stating the price is what it is and that he could not change and asking "...do you want the sandwich or not..." I explained that I have ordered the exact same meal before and the price wasnt the same. However, prior to this his "explanation" was that it is cheaper to ring the combo than the sandwich and tots alone. Which is NOT true. He became increasingly angry when I told him I dont need a drink so I dont need the combo price. Needless to say I went across the street to another local restaurant and ordered my meal where they dont lie about prices. This is not the first time Ive had such an experience at this Sonic. They have either tried to upsell me to something I did not order citing "...it is cheaper..." when it is not and I have had to argue about it to get the correct pricing. I would imagine they are doing this to nearly every customer that they can and getting away with it. They are probably pocketing the difference. Dont waste your time going here unless you want to be overcharged, tricked, and lied to. If you do go, be sure to be on your math "A" game because they are going to surely try to cheat you.

Probably one of the worst places to eat in greensboro. I work on spring garden so you think it would be nice to have a fast food place within walking distance to go for a quick bite. But no, it takes the same amount of time for these morons to pull a precooked burger patty out of a drawer and slap it on a bun then it does for jakes to make me a fresh, made to order burger with delicious mango on top. And for about the same price! So why bother with this place? Well if you want to get stabbed and have your sever give you the wrong change back every single time so he can buy a blunt worth of ditch weed then this is your place! Now, they did just renovate and hopefully it might help but i doubt it. Its pretty obvious whoever is in charge or hiring smokes crack, and they must hire fellow crack heads because if it takes you over 30 minutes to make a damn burger on a slow night then you should just quit.

These guys messed up my drinks that almost cost my wife some serious problems. Me and my wife Annie went up here to grab us a couple of them RT 44 drinks during Sonics "Happy Hour". Now I should mention my wife Annie is a diabetic so I ordered us 2 DIET Dr. Peppers. We recieved our drinks and headed home. A few minutes after we got home I took my first sip and I could tell that we did NOT recieve diet dr peppers. Annie had already druken half of hers which made me worried. She said that she was feeling light headed and I could already see the convulsions in her hands. I asked her "Annie, are you OK? So, Annie, are you OK? Are you OK Annie? Youve been hit by...Youve been hit by...A smooth criminal."

Third in line at the drive through at 2:30 in the afternoon, thirteen minutes later all the way up to first. Finally place my order. Would I like to make it a meal? If I had, I would have said so. After already ordering what I wanted on my burger... Did I want cheese? No. Did I want lettuce? Already asked for lettuce. Did I want tomato? Already asked for tomato. Do I want a drink with that? No, I would have ordered a drink if I had wanted one. On and on, bailed, went to Cook Out on Battleground and had what I wanted in two minutes. Not sure if it is a lack of training or the poor employee being abandoned before she was ready to go it alone. Doesnt matter any more.....

Horrifying fast-food customer service here! Probably the worst customer service I have ever received at any fast-food chain. I ordered two blasts and the lady who delivered them gave us the wrong change. She did not even give us a receipt, so I pressed the red button again and told them that I was given the wrong amount of change and we wanted our receipt copy. The carhopper came out with the most digusting attitude, snatching our dollar bills like she was a thief. Absolutely uncivilized and savage! Never coming back to this place again! I will be contacting the corporate level office to revamp their nightmare customer service!

we went there and I did try to pay with a HUGE 1000 dollar bill and they didnt have change , the nerve.. The carhop they set her tray in my window of the lexus and told me to grab my OOOOIE Gooey Oreo Peanut Butter shake they lid wasnt on the shake and low and behold I dropped it on my girls phone Ice Cream was every where she did give me about 20 napkins it was really a job for about 200 what a mess I have a copy of the reciept if anyone would like to see let me know.. The shake was good and I will go back to put the smash on the indoor part as soon as it gets built I hope I dont get showered with a basket of fries

Probably the worst sonic in the History of Sonics , like they took 25 minutes to take my order and not only that but when I had finally put my order in, they took another 25 minutes to deliver it , and the worst part of all is that I only order 2 small shakes and it was on a slow day like ... is there anybody in there working at all ? The service and attitude of the employees sucks is like they work there for free or something, like honestly I love sonic but this one right here has every medal for being the worst place in Greensboro.

Food was terrible and crappy service!!!! They may have remodeled, but the weekend management is lazy and the staff cant get anything right. I went inside and ordered food and EVERY single burger was made incorrectly. When I walked in, the manager took the till out of the register and just walked off saying nothing. Finally a kid came up and took my order but I had to use a debit card because there was no cash and he struggled to get my order done. None of my food was right. Bad management and untrained staff. Wont be going back EVER!!

Im not sure if the speakers are all screwed or if the employee taking orders is just incapable of remembering more than 2 items at a time. Every time I come here, over 50% of the order is wrong whether its the size, forgetting a drink, or mustard instead of mayonnaise. Small things, but really annoying especially after I have to try 5 times to get them to understand I want a regular hot dog with ketchup and mayo (again not sure if speaker or employee). Would not recommend, its just always a huge disappointment.
