Came from Texas and stopped here around 9pm with my kids. It all started off very nice and all but ended terrible. I have been to a bonefish grill before and i knew what to expect but the service this time was the worse. The guy put in my order wrong but i didnt send the food back, he never refilled our drinks or eve came back to check up on the food or us. we had to ask another waitress to bring us more drinks and the check because our server had never come back. at a point i though maybe he was sick or something unexpected happened but a couple of minutes later he was helping the table behind us were he was trying to satisfy two men with their orders. still at this point he never came back to us. i had to ask for bread to be brought to us by the time we were done with the food, this is how bad it was. I will be contacting corporate once i get back home.

How GREAT this place is!! I recently went to the Bone Fish Grill this Saturday night and had what everyone MUST experiences, The Bang Bang Shrimp!!! This place has superior food and the service is fantastic!! Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to give recommendations based on what I said I liked- and the Entree was just what I was lookining for. The Manger also stopped by our table to see how our visit was!! I just could go on and on about everything GREAT about this place!! If you are looking for Great tasting seafood, a nice ambiance and superior service- this is just the place for you!!! GREAT JOB BONE FISH GRILL!! p.s. This is my first time taking time out of my day to write a review but feel this place is very deserving of recognition on a job well done!!!

My husband and I had the best experience at Bonefish Grill on Friday night! Neither of us had ever been there before and were anxious to try it while out on a date night sans children. I am not a seafood fan but my husband is. I was SO happy to see the variety of non seafood items on the menu! I got the American Style Kobe Burger and it was the best burger that I have ever tasted! My husband got the fish and chips and he loved it as well! GREAT place for a date! If you have room, try the brownie for dessert! It was to die for.

AWESOME service. Our waiter was named Clint (spelling?); I feel like a lot of waiters treat college aged people with less service because they assume theyre not going to be tipped well or something. Not in his case! He had perfect service - humor, complete knowledge of the menu and how to get the most bang for your buck, checked on us with just the right amount of time in between. Water never got below half without him filling it up. The food was excellent as well! Really cant go wrong here.

Very pleasantly surprised! Even though it is a chain restaurant, I was very pleased with the quality of the food... And I was also thankful for listening to my suggestion about turning up the AC as it was really freezing inside.. And I love it cool but it was really freezing! We must have shared 8 dishes between the 3 of us.. Crispy shrimp, sushi, crab soup (yummy!), etc.. And my vodka martini with Bleu cheese stuffed olives topped it all off! Highly recommended!

Great food , Horrible Service , dine in Sunday night after waiting more than 5 min for someone to come to the table, the server came up and said what can I get you to drink.very plain with an attitude someone else came and drop of the drinks then she came back with an attitude all the way till we left , she was different with her other tables with made us feel it was us , horrible service we wont be going back.

I love Bonefish. Food is great, service is great. It is a little pricey but worth it. The only complaint I have and the reason I dont give five stars is because while I was there I watched the different people including the manager drop the paper tablecloths on the floor and pick them right back up and put them on the rack. Unsanitary. But Ill still go back hahaha I just wont put my silverware on the table

Calamari undercooked, had no traditional marinara for dipping, just some nasty sauce that looked like Italian dressing, took dessert order and after waiting 15 minutes they come back and say they r out of creme brulee and they screwed the check up having to rerun card and refund money, waitress was nice, only good thing

Theirs a Bonefish Grill near where I live in Florida so when I saw the sign for this restaurant I anticipated the same quality and service. I was not disappointed. The menu was slightly different but otherwise the food was excellent, the service wonderful and the decor warm and inviting.

Went for brunch this morning, never knew they even served brunch! Was oh so pleasantly surprised by how great the food is. Best eggs benedict Ive had in this state! Every meal my group had was fantastic and the service was wonderful! Strongly recommend trying this for Sunday Brunch!

Awesome as usual! We had a shrimp dish for the appetizer from gluten-free menu, my husband had the sirloin and crabcake and I had Lily"s chicken from the gluten-free menu (allergy)! I have never been sick after a meal here! Highly recommend!

One of my favs. The menu has great variety steak, seafood and chicken. The house salad dressing is amazing they should bottle and sell it. Bar drinks very tasty martinis are my choice and this place offers some nice twist on adult beverages

Nothing negative to write here - small joint but huge on flavor. Lots of variations of burgers and fries. It was delicious and I loved the option of truffle oil fries to spice my lunch up a bit. If I were local, Id eat here all the time!

Came here for dinner with a group. Service was great and the seafood was delicious. Scallops were perfectly cooked and the wine list is great. Nice decor and great options for all types of seafood. Highly recommend this place
