So first let me say that I love Wild Wing Cafe. We came here around 9:30 pm and the restaurant was not full AT ALL. The hostess immediately informed that there was a 20 minute wait. We started to leave but then asked if we could order at the bar. We stood at the bar and were literally never acknowledged. The folks at the bar were already complaining that they had never received refills and that the service was horrible. We literally had to flag down 1 of 2 waitresses at the bar who took our order but never made eye contact. We ordered the Wing Sampler with three flavors and Wild Fries. When she was inputting our order into the system she yelled across the bar to confirm our order. Very impersonal. I dont know if they were short staffed or what but that is no excuse for poor customer service. We waited almost an hour for 1 order of winds ONLY because we 1. Already paid for them and 2. Were genuinely curious at how long it would take. They appeared to be more focused on pouring drinks than anything else. I saw the most diligence from the busboys. At least the wings and fries were hot (we had been sitting there so long we decided to eat there.) but we only had 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese, no napkins or silverware, and no sour cream thats supposed to come with the fries. People were leaving and going to other much busier restaurants and eating before us. Apparently this is a regular issue at this location. Save yourself some time, hunger pangs, and frustration and go somewhere else.

If I could leave fewer stars I would. Brought a friend here because I recommended the boneless wings to him; and was excited to eat them myself. After our server took our order we waited about forty minutes for our nachos to come out, and was then told that they had ran out of boneless wings. It took FORTY minutes for us to be told that they were out of the food we had ordered. After waiting for so long and being told that we were all pretty upset. Our server then said the manager "okay-ed" that they could cut up chicken breasts to make our boneless wings. Having been a manager, I would have personally came out and explained the situation instead of having the server (because I know they dont have any control of what happens in the kitchen). At this point the whole thing is ridiculous and we ask just to have our appetizers and see the manager. So, the manager comes out and acts as if nothing has happened and asks what the problem is. When we explain that we have waited forty minutes on food that was never coming she says "I dont understand why youre upset about that." Like, seriously? The manager had the rudest attitude towards us like it was our fault. She finally told us she was take care of the bill but turned her nose up as she walked off and did so. Besides never getting refills or the Guinness my friend had ordered, our server wasnt that bad. All in all though, it was honestly the worst experience Ive ever had a restaurant.

The entire experience at this restaurant was HORRIBLE. First and foremost the waitress Jennifer should resign immediately, to ensure that she doesnt catch the hands. I didnt know if she was our waitress or a local crackhead who had wondered in off the streets. Her presentation completely made me rethink staying and dining at this establishment. Our first encounter with her was completely unprofessional. She was very rude and lacked any sort of social skills. She didnt give us any silver ware napkins or drinks until our food was brought to the table. When she finally brought the silverware it was PLASTIC, and told us that all the silverware was dirty and this is all they had. She came to check on our table for refills only after I had nearly choked and had nothing to wash down the food with. Every time we asked to speak to her, she was very short and seemed to be rushing us to finish and leave. The atmosphere was completely out of control. So much so that the entire staff was more concerned with dancing and turning up with the patrons, as opposed to serving them. This was my first and Last time dining at this establishment.

This isnt my first time at Wild Wings, but itll definitely be my last. Time and time again, their service is horrible, food is prepared poorly and the overall experience is underwhelming. For instance, today, I arrived at 12:10, was not greeted at my table until 12:20, drinks came at 12:30 at which time we place our order. But 1:00 PM (50 minutes later), we still hadnt received our food. I pulled our server aside and asked her why the service at this location is always slow, and she says they were unprepared for the amount of people today (which i can understand, IF IT WERENT THE FIRST DAY OF THE NCAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT). I had her box my food up and give me the check. At NO point did the manager come by and ask if everything was going well, and finally our boxed up food arrived 1 hour from the time I sat at my table. With so many other wing places in town, I will not be going to Wild Wings again. Take your money elsewhere people, this establishment sucks and their wings arent even that good.

This is horrible. the bar tender didnt even look at me after I was there for 15 minutes I ask for the menu gave it to I called and raising my hand several them and they ignore me for another 15 minutes or so even serving other people. Finally a guy paid attention to me and said hold on and forget completely about me and start watching the t.v for his sport team and start cheering for them Im looking at him through out the whole time he arm was folded and starring at the t.v. like he was a customer Im like what really Im disgusted. The sign was wrong thinking I had all you can eat it said Mon-Fri and the host says they dont do it on the weekends even it says through Friday told well they can correct that. The worst service I received anywhere to bad we cant rate them a 0

Went in tonight for New Years and it had to be the worst experience of my life..the hostess told us it would be a 45 minute wait and said she would find us when a table was ready..After about an hour and watching people just walk in and seat themselves I went and asked how long again and she said 30 minutes...when i said well i have seen empty tables and people just walking in and taking them she said..Oh...well try that if you see another table..after another 20 minutes she gave us a table and just left,so after about 15 minutes i stopped a waitress and asked about ordering and she informed me that the kitchen had closed an hour ago..i knew it was a catch to the $5 cover charge because with that they didnt care if you got a tablr or not..

Experience was terrible. We had Jennifer as our waitress last night and she was horrible. We had a table of 15 or 16 for a friends birthday party, and we got no respect whatsoever from our waitress. Terrible. Food was terrible as well. When we asked for lemons for our water, it took her 20 minutes to bring them to us and when she did, she grabbed them with her hands and put them in a cup. Horrible experience last night. She had an attitude with our table the whole night, snatched my receipt from me, and said to us, "you little girls need to get out of here with your attitudes." Awful. She seemed like she was on drugs or something the whole night. I cant even explain how bad this whole experience was. I will most likely never return to this place.
