This is a unique little place in historic downtown Ashtabula. The owner travels to Guatemala four times a year and buys beans directly from the grower there. And if you get a coffee and its not to go, they actually give you a mug rather than wasteful paper cups/lids. Awesome. Support this business! Oh, and theres an X-Box gaming room in back. Bottom line, its something to do and a place to pass the time in a town where this sort of thing is severely lacking.

This place isnt bad on prices till you get the food. Went with my four kids we all got cramps from the food. I never received my drink and the waitress was more concerned about smoking out front with friends then about us customers. Good things were available WiFi. The ambiance was relaxed and comfortable.. nice big comfy chairs, they even have two computers for customer use. I would not recommend eating there... But great for internet if needed.

I ordered a tea. I should have made it at home.. you can buy the boxes for maybe the same price as a cup there. The look of the place is nice.. but there is something about the atmosphere that made me uneasy. Not sure.. coffee is "okay" ..have had better pretty much in ashtabula. Sorry, but I prefer harbor perk, his cup, and even the sheetz coffee.

Amazing Food, hes a VET and a true American business with Real Home Cooking food!!!! Cant say enough about this place. The coffee is outstanding! Most food items come from his farm. How cool is that??? We eat there every morning! Its not fast food...this food has flavor! A Must Try!!

The owner is a great person. Never had bad food and prices are completely reasonable. Also the comment on hating black folk is outright wrong. Ive been there plenty of times not to mention he has black employees. Overall one of my favorite places to eat.

They only have one type of smoothy witch is depressing on a hot summer day and they arnt even good for the price and it took him for ever to make one and then his friend walked in and we may not have even existed

The owner made me feel very uneasy and the coffee sucked! Not trying to be mean but it was terrible, I could of made better coffee at home and could of made it for a cheaper price.

The meat is fresh raised at the owners farm, and then smoked to be sold at the cafe. Best bacon I have ever had. Awesome little hometown cafe. Anytime Im in ashtabula, I go here.
