first of all I love the place. I love the food so much i would not even care for the facade factor of the restaurant. So...i preferred takeout. But my impressions of the food were bruised by the cold shoulder of the bartender that fetched our food. I didnt leave a generous tip because she portrayed a bartender slash bothered and heavy headed mother who had better things to do. So.. my hopes for a lovely meal by myself were shortlisted by the brunette who could care less. Amazing food though. Will order again over and over even if i have to deal with pretentious bartenders . She must have been having a case of Sundays on a Sunday.

Wow wow wow. I love crepes but perverted the brussels and beef short rib for dinner. Ate EVERY LAST BITEIT was so good. Short Rib was served over toasted gnocchi that added a level to the dish I did not expect. The appetizer of Brussel sprouts and dinner of short ribs was on point and the best meal I had in Charlotte. Ordered the crepe with mascapone cream for dessert. The berries were super fresh, but the crepe wasnt up to the level that my dinner was. Would definitely return for the dinner entrees and will try a different crepe next time.

This place is awful. We were told a wait time of 45 minutes....after an hour and fifteen minutes we still had not been seated. Decided to sit at the bar....after FINALLY getting the bartenders attention and putting in our order 30 minutes later there was still no food. The manager was unapologetic, and no one there really seemed to care we hadnt even gotten an app yet. As other reviews have stated the food here is OK at best and the service is awful. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Ambiance is great and this is a perfect place for a date night. Staff is friendly and they have a good selection when it comes to beer, spirits and wine. Food is good and dont let the name fool you. Their selection isnt just crepes. The only downside is its on the smaller side so expect at least a 45 minute wait during peak time on the weekends. However, the small size is also what gives it a very intimate setting. Just expect there to be a wait and go next for drinks at Growlers.

Crepe Cellar was really nice and enjoyable. The setting was really chill and romantic. My wife and I went around lunch time and it was too crowded. The Brie Pesto Fries were really good. I had the Black Bean & Carrot burger and it was really good. The cucumbers on top gave it a nice subtly crunch that was enjoyable. The crepe which we came for were good as well. Our server, Catherine, was really nice and friendly. I would be happy to go back.

Ordered the 3 things recommended by the waiter: pesto brie fries, brownie in a blanket, and crepe suzette. Pesto brie fries looked cool but were too salty and were only topped with pesto and cheese. Brownie crepe was a cold brownie (probably reheated) inside a crepe with some ice cream on top. Crepe suzette was a crepe soaked in orange marmalade (more like orange crepe soup). If you want quality food, you wont find it here.

waited a long time for service. When food finally arrived it was undercooked and foul. The 2nd time around was even worse when they tried again. My 2nd IPA beer was flat and looked like water. Lost my appetite and left hungry. I thought I was doing good by what dish was rated so high. waitress was very nice and so was the manager. Food and drinks were a train wreck.

I would recommend staying away from this place at all costs. Service and seating is a night mare. The food sounds and looks great in the menu but once tasted is nothing special. Feels like a cheap chain imitation when it pretends to be all that and some. Did not enjoy the dinning experience at all. Would definitely not recommend to any one else.

Love this place. One of the best burgers in Charlotte here. Can get busy, but what do you expect in downtown Noda on a weekend at a highly rated crepe joint? Not looking to wait? Get there earlier or try the local Burger King. As a side note, this is probably one of the best places in Charlotte to bring a date. Cozy, romantic, not too expensive.

The pesto Brie fries were amazing... they were not too overloaded with pesto or brie and they were very well cooked. Fry’s himself or crunchy and delicious. A small order is plenty for two people to share. The restaurant itself was not very busy in the staff was very nice. It did not take long for food to come out nor the check.

Wine was hot, practically no AC, seating was slow and somewhat selective, wait staff was lackluster and not attentive and previous review must have been done on a weeknight and not a Friday. The highlight was the great music selection from the bartender and his service. We should have eaten at the bar!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. First, the smoked maple whiskey flip is an incredible cocktail, and the one Colleen made may be the best cocktail Ive ever had. The brie and pesto fries were great and the ham and gruyère crepe was outstanding. Crowded but cozy atmosphere. Definitely going be follow up visits.

Went for Sunday brunch (around 2pm). It was full but not crowded, though the game on TV was loud. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The best part was that the food was awesome. I had the KB french toast, and my friend enjoyed the Queen City crepe. We both agreed we would go back any time.

Me and my girlfriend come here alot, at one point last summer maybe 2-3 times a week. Servers are always really nice, food is always great. We always bring family and friends here, especially to brunch. We love the brunch here. Definitely our favorite place in the neighborhood.

My husband and I go here a lot. The food is consistently delicious and our service is always good. The bartenders make great craft cocktails. We always get the crepe Suzette for dessert, and if you order it "dirty" theyll fill the crepe with Nutella. So decadent and delicious!

After having bright, fragrant pesto thats undeniably fresh, charred yet tender Brussels sprouts, juicy house-made sausage that tastes of beer, you really grow to appreciate just how good of a kitchen this restaurant has. The foods awesome here. Hats off to the back of house.

Ive been here at least a dozen times for brunch on Sundays. Its still in my top 3 of brunch options for Charlotte! Awesome atmosphere, food, and service. Ive seen no change in the 3-4 years Ive been going to Crepe Cellar. Its great theyve maintained their high standards.

Very greasy fish and chips. $26 Salmon is on a bed of peas and white rice. Think of those microwaveable Birds Eye bags of rice and peas, only mushy. Thats risotto apparently. Posting this now at 4am from the toilet as a result of the grease. I mean fish and chips.

really? A crepe place that serves cold crepes? They get some points for great ambiance, but besides that, food is unimpressive. Tough pork chop, way to rare on the steaks(still mooing)... This place is a great place to have drinks, otherwise, stay away.

I enjoyed eating here as the food was flavorful and the service was great! They felt our crepes were "small" and decided to bring everyone at the table an extra, free of charge for the trouble. That customer service alone makes the trip worth while.
