We decided on this restaurant because we were going to attend an event at Koka Booth. We were seated immediately and given menus and then waited about 10 minutes before a waitress took our drink order. Once she came back with drinks instead of taking an appetizer order she walked away. Another 5 minutes and she showed back up at the table. We decided to giver her our appetizer and entree order at that point, not knowing how long it would be before she came back. The food was ok at best. My chicken fajita pita was extremely dry. The nachos were dry- very little in the way of cheese and a dinky little cup of salsa on the side. The did give us tons of fried mushrooms but we had to ask for more ranch. Waitress walked by our table several times but didnt ask if we needed drink refills, etc. A couple at a table behind us were waving their hands to get someones attention to no avail. It wasnt as if the place was busy either. We had our credit card out when the waitress finally came around again and told her to take it to process before even looking at it. Over all mediocre food and awful service. We wont bother going back.

The staff is a really great group, they earn an extra star rating all by themselves so take some time to get to know them. A pretty good tap selection for beer, and they recently added mules and mojitos to the mixed drink selection. Mule is recommended, but they need a little more mojito practice. Appetizers are traditional bar fare and are likely to meet expectation, but entrees can be hit-or-miss. From what Ive seen, Id recommend the burgers and salads as the best bet for satisfying bar food.

I got a to go order of fried shrimp. When it came out I had to check and make sure it was shrimp, all I smelled was fish. When I sat down to eat it grabbed a fry and they were GOOD!!! Then I tried the shrimp, ate about 5 of them hoping they would get better. :( Threw the rest of them in the trash, but the fries were GREAT!!!

When our offices were located right upstairs; we frequented MacGregors a lot. Probably more than we should have, but it was convenient. The staff was friendly, the food as decent, and the specials were great. Would we travel out of our way to visit? No...but if in the area, sure. Worth a try if youre around too.

Came in on a Saturday night staying across the street, very good bar pub style food cheap drinks, bartenders were very friendly met Kasey and John. Service was above and beyond. Kasey was very personable and gave great recommendations on beer- very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely return.

Sitting here at the bar and took 30 minutes to get a beer, ditzy blond bartender is more interested in making friends than making the bar money. Terrible service! Also ordered a Kentucky bourbon barrel tap and its flat! Id post the picture but the app doesnt allow.

The prices and food are great! I love that I can get bison there for the same price most places charge for low to mid quality beef. The decor is dated BUT the service, food, drinks and price are great! The pizza fries are to die for! Seriously, you must try them!

Its a pretty typical sports bar but the atmosphere that they manage to generate is quite something. The beer selection is large and quite cheap. It could do with some redecorating but I do love coming here for a beer.

Very nice stout on draft. Had a few of em and couldnt have been happier. There is a taco truck outside and let me just say this as bluntly as I can - the pot stickers are about the best Ive ever had. Get them.

Servers were a little abrupt, but the ribs were phenomenal. They melt off the bone. Great flavor. Steak tips were good too. Fun beer choices. I would go back next time in town.
