if there was a place for zero stars, they would have it! I came in on my birthday which was Saturday October 15. We had a 25 minute wait which was fine, I know that the place was busy. we were seated and she took our order, the first problem the first person made her order, which was a Belgium (blueberry) a glass of sweet tea and a glass of milk. she never got her milk. second order was mine, I asked for the skillet with the eggs, corned beef hash, supposed to have jalapenos and hatch chilies, I asked to not have anything with any peppers in then and her response was that the dish wasnt hot, I told her that what may bother her may bother me ( that told me that she didnt want to be bothered with altering my order because she was too busy) as well as me wanting my eggs soft and not hard. she brought my food to me with the peppers in it i called her back and told her that there were peppers in it, her response was that "i dont see them" i told her of course you dont see them, i want it switched out, she did so and it came back with peppers in it again, therefore i had to pluck then out to eat the food. the third order was an omelet with sausage, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms. when she got her omelet, she got to the last bite and there was a tomato in it, something she is allergic to. the reason she got that was because there was no tomato! lucky i had bendryl in my purse for her!!! when we told the waitress, she said its a good thing we had the medicine. she brought us the ticket she told us that she couldnt take it off but came back with the ticket and the milk removed from it since she didnt get it and then we told her that one of the meals were half priced and she said she couldnt take that off as well. now...... we all work with the public and find the service was terrible, this is the first and last time we will be going there!!! we feel that we were rushed because they were busy and they wanted to serve others and move us out like machines in a shop! i hope that this review help others!!! we will be taking our business somewhere else! thank you for ruining my birthday brunch!! Quite possibly the worst brunch Ive ever had. My wife suggested the spot after going there for years. The food and service was pretty good, not the best ever, but PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL THE GNATS! I killed 4 flying gnats alone while eating, while having to swat at more every 5 seconds of my meal. After letting our server know about it, he offered to bring the manager, Cindy, over. However, Cindy has absolutely no managerial skills. Not only did she come over to the table WITHOUT introducing herself, she just stared at me for a good 5 seconds until I asked if she was the manager. She then proceeded to blame the landlord who "doesnt clean out the drain out front, so gnats hatch and they come in the front door", which is EXACTLY what I want to hear while Im eating. She did offer to take 50% off our tab, but even then, she only took 10 dollars off my $30 tab. Im not mathematician, but that doesnt add up. Never going to this Brigs again, and until they fix the drain issue outside, you probably shouldnt either.

I really wanted to love Brigs, friends have raved...clearly either my friends have no taste or Brigs has taken a nosedive. First of all getting into this location is a maze. The handicapped access is clear down at the other end of the building in front of another restaurant. If you are unable to handle 3 stairs or cant walk far this place is not for you. My husband immediately said he smelled mold. It took a minute but I started to smell it too. Our waiter was great though. Pleasant and helpful. The food...now I always get the same at breakfast places, 2 eggs, meat, potatoes and toast. The only thing that tasted fresh was the eggs. The potatoes and sausage were definitely cooked earlier and warmed. I was so excited to see all those crunchy bits in my potatoes...more like chewy rubber. Sausage was the same. My husband said his Count Skillet was "alright". The other locations may be better but this one just is not good!

I use to go here a lot. They were pretty good for a quick meal at a good price. However, over the last year they have started to go down hill in my opinion. Its sad to look at your meal and know you could have cooked it better at home. A simple eggs and bacon meal should not be hard to cook concidering its a breakfast place. The bacon is extremely thin and unappetizing and the eggs are hardly ever cooked as theyre ordered. My main complaint however is the host staff, in particularly the manager (blond woman). She has been quite unfriendly and rude lately, almost like youre inconveniencing her by showing up. She is the first face you see when you walk into the restaurant, so its just a little off putting to be "greeted" by an unfriendly face.

Ordered an omelette, half way through found a clothing tag in it. "100% cotton made in Pakistan". The hostess came over and said "oh do you want a new fork?" The table next to us heard the complaint and asked what was wrong with our food, the waitress then said "oh its just a clothing tag". Their solution to fix the problem was to not charge me for the omelette but had the nerve to still charge me for my 2 pancakes, which were not so appetizing after finding clothing tags fried into my omelette. Lucky I didnt immediately walk out and refuse to pay. Horrible customer service. Bad Sanitation. Wont return again. Hold the clothing tags.

Do not waste your money. This is the third time we have eaten here and had terrible issues. The last one was just yesterday with literally RAW chicken. It was completely raw. One before that we had hair inside our food in which waitress said owner had been helping in the kitchen and it was dark brown root with bleach blonde hair yuck !!!!! Other time was related to food as well. There are many other choices to choose from in tnat area such as ruckus roly poly if u want breakfast ihop is not that far away but this place really is not that great. Serving raw food. They were not even busy really

Staff was friendly and food was good. Have been a few times and it seems to take quite a bit of time to get my food, compared to surrounding tables - same excuse the past 2 times, kitchen was slammed. Which is totally understandable, except that everyone elses food comes out much more quickly. Lesson learned, dont go when on a schedule. Otherwise, great place to eat. Pancakes & omelette were wonderful!

I called ahead and asked did they have meat and dairy free items for me to eat on the menu because I cannot eat it. The person who called said yes. Thats the only reason why I went there. When I got there there was nothing for me to eat. The waitress was awesome and asked can they make my potatoes with oil instead of butter and the kitchen manager told me no because they pre cook some of there food.
