The view is absolutely something you have to see! It is incredible. Pictures cant do it justice because the view is so wide it doesnt fit in just one frame. The seafood buffet on Friday was something weve never seen before! There were three rooms full of delicious food. The first room was food served cold: full salad bar, pasta salads, oysters, chilled crab legs, and chilled shrimps. The second room was food served warm: fried shrimp, soaps, fried catfish, snapper, vegetables, hush puppies, pastas made to order, and countless other options! The third room was all deserts! Cake, cupcakes, candy, cheese cake, and full Sunday bar! We had an amazing experience dinning there!

We have been to the Grove Park Inn more times than we can count. However, this time is beyond disappointing. We just dined at the Saturday night buffet. The beef literally was not consumable for all of the grizzle and fat. The seafood and desserts appeared to be leftovers from the Friday night seafood buffet. This will be the last time we were ever dine here, which breaks our hearts.

Seafood buffet: The service was great. The view was great. The food was such a disappointment. The shrimp was somewhat puny and not at all fresh. Any chain restaurant can fry fish or shrimp and most can probably do it better. Ive certainly had better crab cakes. There is no way I would return or suggest it to others.

We go there fairly often but the food has been going downhill. We tried one more time for the Seafood buffet last night and that is the last time. The presentation is great, the view is wonderful, but if you want good food go somewhere else.
