Even after renovations completed in the past few months, this KFC is desolate, and for good reason. The staff just cant get it together. My companion ordered an item from the menu exactly as it was offered, but the cashier could not get it right, and when the manager came over, she couldnt get it right, either. My order came out correctly and the extra crispy chicken was tasty but dry. We wont be back.

I hate this kfc. One of the crew members was very rude to us when one of the other crew members gave us a bag to take our chicken bones home to our dog. For one thing we asked first and he didnt have to be rude about it. He could have said sorry sir but we are not allowed to do that but his tone and the way he said you are not allowed to ask for bags he was rude and we will never eat at kfc again.

Dont waste your time here after 7 pm. Waited 10 minutes after paying for our food in the drive thru and received hard biscuits and grease soaked chicken (not that I expected perfection in fast food) some items were left out and after returning to get our order replaced we were given back the same chicken (I cut one piece in half) and got the same piece back.

Sucked! Slim pickings at the bar. Only a couple pieces of dry chicken and a couple of biscuits. I asked for chicken livers, waited 15 minutes and as soon as the were cooked, they sold them to someone else. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed!

All of the teenagers were just sanding around. Very nice lady will dark eyeliner was having to ring up get food make food and tell everyone what to do. She needs a raise and you need to fire everyone else.

Steve the manager was very rude. We stopped with a church youth group and spent over $100 around 8:00 p.m. Geo who was running the cash register was extremely accommodating. We had a bad experience.

Went for buffet and left cause food looked old and burnt. And it was so cold in there that my family couldnt stay. This was a day out was 80 to 75 degree out

Never ever get the grilled chicken 8 piece bucket... Waste of money... Wont stop at the Weaverville KFC ever again. You would get more meat on a Cornish hen.
