I went to this restaurant looking for spicy Indian food to help my congested nasal passages. My wife and I have visited many Indian restaurants around the country and have always found excellent food, except this one. I ordered Mixed vegetables curry which is described as "Seasonal vegetables cooked in a sweat red curry sauce". What I received was a can of diced carrots and peas with maybe a small potato cut in pieces in a bland red curry sauce. No other vegetables present. My wife ordered Malai Boti which was described as "Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices". What she received was braised chicken which obviously was done in a hurry since the insides were still raw. She could not eat any of it. On top of that our favorite, the Naan, looked more like falafel bread than Naan. It was thick, not thin and tasty. The salad offered with my wifes dish was stale and unsavory as well as the dressings provided. My wife ordered a ginger ale when we sat down but no one ever brought it until we asked a second time. To top the experience when the waiter came to our table I told him about the chicken and he actually proceeded to slice open some of the chicken to try to prove me wrong! It is a shame that this place calls itself an Indian restaurant. I hope people will go elsewhere and experience the REAL thing. Despite the fact that my wife ate none of her food they charged us anyway. Unbelievable.

I order the food to be delivered and it took a lot more time then i was told it would. Then i get the soup and it was completely inedible. It tasted like they had sliced vegetables and poured hot water in without adding flavor or taste of any sort. I ordered a chicken lo mein for the entree it was so peppery it was also not edible. My friend got an indian dish that was a mixture of chicken and rice but the chicken was all bone and also hardly edible. Only the bread was edible. When i called to complain something i rarely do i was told that other people liked it and that it tasted fine to them, which is irrelevant because i am the customer and i cannot eat it. I am not a picky eater. I was told that there was no refund available because they thought it was good. Very rude service i would avoid this restaurant in the future and reading the reviews below i believe they are fake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place has the best authentic cuisine in Westchester! It is family owned and run. They treat you with the best hospitality and genuine friendliness. You are attended to promptly, and your entrée appears at the table just when you say to yourself, "Ok, Im ready to eat now." The butter chicken and fresh hot nan alone could keep me happy every day for a week straight! The restaurant itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, not overdone or drab. When you go, ask to see the attached ball room/catering hall that is also run by the family. The space is gorgeous and perfect for weddings, holiday parties and other elegant events. Imagine this jewel right in the heart of downtown Yonkers. Youve got to try it for the very affordable price of the meal, its so worth it.

After attending the Wedding Reception in the Roosevelt Ballroom, I was curious to try the restaurant that is linked next to the Ballroom, its a new cuisine that I was not familiar with at all. I made reservations for Nawab and it was not going to be our last. LOL. I tried the Chili Garlic Chicken and my father tried the Butter Chicken which we shared. We enjoyed the food. It looks like a nice place for a first date lol or a romantic anniversary date, any romantic occasion this would be a very nice spot. Its Indian Halal Food & a Chinese Infused Menu! Delicious!

Went at 1pm on a Monday for lunch. They have a very fixed menu. I ordered the chicken tikka masala. What I received was more like a kerala pepper chicken. The flavor was wrong. The color was wrong. The base was onion and not tomato. The naan was not fresh, but frozen naan reheated on an oven. The rice was undercooked, over salted and of an inferior quality. I will say that the chicken was a good dish, but it wasnt what I ordered and definitely not a CTM. All in all, very disappointing.

Food is tasty..but portions of curries or saucy dishes r tooooo small...there should be larger take out portions. Ridiculous to pay 15.00 for a small container of food..n barely any ckn or meats in dishes. The mix grill is yummy...but its spicy, Almost too spicy... Kheer yummy..but small portions n over price. Lassi over priced for again, small portions. Over all tasty but over priced and very small portions big time.. making me cut off two stars from the otherwise tasty food.

Had a terrible experience at this place. Went as a group of 20 ppl. Food tasted great initially. but after coming home most of us started having cramps and diarrhea. I would rather eat less tasty but more hygenic food. I strongly recommend against eating at this place

They had a buffet when we visited and refused to let us get something from the menu. The waitress was kind enough to ask the owner to let us get a buffet plate to share because we were traveling and didnt want to do a buffet each but he didnt even consider it.

Great place, good location, excellent food. The buffet choice were pretty good, tasted authentic compared to other Indian restaurants. Their food is definitely better than Royal Palace, Ruchii and some of the queens restaurant. Worth it for its price.

Very good, authentic Indian cuisine in a funky restaurant. We were the only party dining at 7:00 on a Wednesday night, though people were collecting take out orders. Our server could not have been more friendly, too!

Try to get here on off hours. They cant handle large crowds hence I took away two stars. A woman actually walked out after waiting for an hour to get her food. I myself have been waiting for 50 mins.
