Horrible unless you like being served food off the floor. My husbands chicken fries fell on the floor. The girl looked around to see if we were looking and then tried to put them on our tray. I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was sorry and would make new ones and bring them out himself. Well, after that we didnt trust any of the food. We asked for a refund. We will not be going back there.

Waited 15 min to order. I get it, busy. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with only onion. Got 2 double burgers no cheese. Brought back and was asked if I wanted cheese added to these or new one. New ones of course. I get the same sandwiches back with cheese added. How do I know? One had 2 bun tops and the other had 2 bun bottoms. Lazy and unprofessional.

Ordered fresh nuggets so they pulled us up to wait which was okay i dont mind waiting for fresh food but when they brought out my food my fries were ice cold and one of my sandwichs was wrong the mgr was very nice and fixxed it for us but cone on man make sure all the food is hot

I was on my way to work (10:45pm while they close at 11pm)...they were really nice and my food was piping hot. Usually, when a store is getting ready to close employees are in a rush and not in the best of moods. So this was very appricated.

30 minutes to get one meal. Broiler broke and was not cooking burgers, staff waited 25 minutes before informing me. Friendly stuff, however unacceptable service.
