WOW!...All I see here is complaints, complaints and complaints! In one way Im glad because that means no waiting time to be seated on the weekends when I go there for lunch by not having all those cry babies going to my favorite restaurant! I used to drive all the way to Toronto to find the Shrimp Dumplings they make!...Not anymore! The food is just great and the service is outstanding! My favorite part is when the have the buffet on the weekends with the cook calling the numbers with his heavy Cantonese accent (Numba twentyfooa!) when you soup or stir fry is ready. The fried chicken they serve on the buffet is the best I ever tasted!. The customized noodle soups are also the best! PEOPLE STOP BITCHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! You must feel grateful to have this diverse restaurant in our area.

It starts with a wonderful atmosphere. There is twinkly lights on the ceiling, a fish tank and is beautifully decorated overall. The hostess servers, and Marlee, Chris, Jason and Kaitlyn (the family who owns it) are always very friendly and prompt. The food is out of this world, best Chinese Ive ever had anywhere. Everything I have tried has been amazing and they are always able to tend to your needs (they offer gluten free) Definitely one of the best restaurants in Western New York. Must try if you have not already

Keep driving down maple to the Red Pepper its the best Chinese restaurant in Buffalo. I am not trying to be mean here, the people were great but the food not too hot for what I paid. General Chicken, Large portion good quality Chicken, Bad Sauce big time. It cost like $13. I also had the house Rice what another $10 after tax. Little pieces of meat and shrimp in an almost white bland rice. However, What I still like is there Saturday and Sunday dim sum Buffet.

Went on Christmas night & was very disappointed. Normally service is good but they were very understaffed. It took 25 minutes just to get drinks. Food was good but waitress was terrible. On top of all that, another patron threw up @ the table behind us & it sprayed me & another person @ my table. The wait staff barely cleaned the area on the rug & didnt offer an apology or some sort of compensation. Will not be going back next Christmas or any other time.

Absolutely the best Chinese Food you will have the opportunity to eat... My wife and three kids have Celiac disease, which forces them to eat Gluten free... My son is ultra sensitive and we have never had a problem in over 5 years. The kids faces light up each and every time I walk through the door with Sesame Chicken in hand!! Fantastic : )

I found the food here to be either very salty with no recognizable flavor, or over cooked to the point of mush! Would not recommend and wont be going back. We tried to talk with the owner but was met with hostility and profanity......he was unprofessional and verbally upsetting. Again, we wont be back.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. Their Peking Duck dish is great (Yi Ya San Chi, or One Duck 3 Ways), and the lunch buffet is always great.. love the sticky rice and chicken! :)

So good! We ordered take out, and it was as good as Red Pepper! It was really surprising, the chicken was so tender and everything tasted less greasy than most places. Cant wait to go back!

This place isnt the best. I didnt like the chicken, and I didnt like the rice either. The atmosphere is nice, but I dont think Ill go back anytime soon.
