My girlfriend and i come here as often as we can. The ambiance has a very relaxing vibe to it and the food presentation is beautiful. The wait staff is always on point (which is important to us). Professional and curtious everytime we eat here! Whenever we go out to eat we really go all out and order a lot of different things, appetizers, sushi rolls, noodle dish, maybe a bottle of sake, dessert(s) and weve never spent over $100 between the 2 of us! I highly recommend anyone to come here and see why its one of my favorite restaurants, you wont be disappointed!

Everything from the specialty sushi rolls to Pad Thai to Pineapple Fried Rice is amazing. After stopping in on a friends suggestion, I now frequent the restaurant at least once per month and its absolutely worth the 20 minute drive from downtown Buffalo every time. In addition to great food, the service has always been great and the overall atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is superb. Hands down, the best sushi in all of Western New York by far.

The food here is excellent and the ambiance/décor are very nice - the stone walls in particular. The staff are extremely courteous and have always been more than welcoming. I have eaten at Kumo at least 20 times and prefer it over any other sushi restaurant in the area. Their Super Rainbow roll is probably my favorite menu item, I could eat it daily. I highly recommend Kumo and will certainly continue eating there.

Really great sushi, rolls, service, soup, salads. I just moved here, having spent years in Chicago and West Coast eating lots of sushi - this place is great. I dont often like "fancy" (aka - more than 4 ingredients) rolls, but Kumos are delicious. Excellent quality seafood, Superb rice, beautiful presentation. I will definitely be coming back here for years.

Maybe Im missing something, but this place does not have good sushi. They are not rolled tight enough and in the case of my Rainbow Roll, awful! It looks like they substitute a chopped up fish instead of whole pieces. Yes it may be the best sushi place in South Cheektowaga, but I would NOT recommend it. Go to Wegmans across the street.

Fantastic. Wonderful. Awesome> Great Service. Affordable Prices. Wonderful, knowledgeable Staff! They offer Take Out too!! Rolls are delicious and they have a lot of variety! If you are just starting to liek Sushi, the waitresses will be happy to answer your Questions! My Fave Rolls are: Tomo, Funky Monkey, Godzilla and Rock n Roll!

The hibachi is just phenomenal. I only have had one roll there, but if all of their rolls are done with the freshness and detail as that roll, its one of the best Ive ever had. Very eclectic mix and probably not for a very strict traditionalist person. Of course they have the regular normal rolls, too.

I havent had sushi this delicious since i left CA in 2012. So absolutely amazing!!. I ordered take-away, but the staff was so friendly regardless. Its a really nice restaurant so dining in would be fun as well. Thank goodness i drove by and saw this place. I will definitely be a repeat customer. :)

Fantastic service, from the point we walked in until we left. The food was absolutely fresh and presented beautifully. We ordered appetizers, soup, a variety of rolls, and wrapped it up with ice cream. The red bean ice cream was absolutely luscious. We will definitely come back again and again!

Has to be the best sushi in the burbs. The service is always friendly, and the sushi rolls are excellent...and never seem to skimp on the fish. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar, sometimes the chefs give free samples of an appetizer!
