It doesnt even deserve 1 star. I have never been to a place where the employees are so rude. I was there today early after noon to order a birthday cake for my son for monday night and I tell the girl that I would like to put Im the order. She tells me that they wont do it because the cake decorator is busy and that I have to give 1 week for an order. I have been pouting an order for a cake for the past 3 years for my son and each time they gave me a bs excuse as to why it wasnt done. Last year they forgot she was off the weekend after taking my order. What goooooood are these coupons they send for the birthday club if I cant redeem them. I guess its carvel agian, never have a problem with them!

The staff here is extremely busy at times, especially sat & Sun and I have never had nor witnessed a problem here. The make over is awesome. The problem is irate customers who have hate issues and walk into an establishment and try to pick a argument by not being patient. All of Westchester posses hate hate hate hate issues and practice it daily. You hateful people need to discover, the young people that work here are not 40 yrs old with 30 yrs exp. It is a stepping stone through college.

Common sense, be respectful to the employees and receive return respect, walk in to be rude and a bigot and you get what you give. I rate Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins 5 stars.

I don't know who you thought the owner was but you're totally off base here. The owner is a doll and also owns the Dunkin Donuts you feel is "friendlier'
