Ice cream is what you would expect from any Häagen-Dazs and thats a good thing. Thats where the positive ends with the experience. Its sad that theres such low rate customer service to go along with that ice cream. Theyll do what they can to avoid selling larger containers of ice cream and pick their face while doing it. Common manners also seem lost. Management might be better off teaching common decency. Id rate this place one star, but the ice cream is good...

This is an amazing place to eat ice cream! I went here today to have ice cream and it was delicious! I enjoyed it a lot although it was really expensive! Nonetheless it was still really delicious but u need like 10 dollars to eat here and some water after cuz it makes u thirsty.

Over charged for a 10-15 people cake $45.00 in Great neck $35.00 and other stores and it had no crunches inside .. Very unhappy with the cake! It must be reported to Haagen Dazs Headquarters if I dont receive my refund and call back soon.. this took place 11/2/16 Jackie M.

Went there with my wife during our visit to NYC last week. The ice cream was absolutely spectacular. We had to go back the following night! Were trying to track down a location here in Atlanta, lol.
