The food is okay but it sometime, sometimes its hot sometimes its warm. The staff usually gets your autocorrect but there are times when they may get a mix-up, not often but it does happen from time to time. For instance the last time we went chicken rings were ordered and burgers, however when the order came instead of chicken Rings they had fried clams. They did correct the arrow with no problems, no mistake however having to wait for the Rings to come cause the rest of the food to get cold as it was a takeout order. The store is clean the staff is polite and courteous its just every now and then there is a mix-up or a delay other than that I would rate this store with perhaps a 75 to 80% efficiency. This is just from my encounters, oh and at times there is a long wait for your food when it is crowded. But thats when its crowded so I guess that is to be expected.

24hr drive threw is the best.I get in and out with out having to step out of my car. The drive threw lady is very nice. Lots of people blur out there orders and she has to translate it and repeat it back lol. So of she repeats it more than once you better make sure its right because she probably knows you ordering the wrong thing. Im sure she has mind reading powers or something lol. If your not in any rush go inside and order. It just easyer for them and you. Be sure to always check your order before you leave. Ive once ordered 10 burgers and got 10 cheese burgers eventho I was charged for 10 regular. This was at the drive threw. What was I going to do? Go threw the drive threw again? The eating and restroom area is ok. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Lots of light if your going really late at night.

Horrible service and treatment of their customers. If I could post a half of star or zero stars, I would. The drive thru takes easily 15-20 minutes to get your food and one or two items are always cold or lukewarm and than like one of the items your ordered are piping hot burning the roof of your mouth... and, the last time that I went to this specific White Castle, they did NOT give me 4 cheeseburgers out of the 10 sandwhiches... I placed in my order... probably, the last time I will ever go back to this specific White Castle. Always ask for your receipt because it seems like they hold on to the receipts on purpose (I wonder why?) and double check your order when you go through their drive thru especially; as a word of advice from me to you.

I remember the WC of the old days there was a very unique feeling about driving to the Castle! Today Im not sure what aspects make it special but its probably just the whole convenience aspect! I remember a very different WC and no you were not just a passerby people took (Interest and there was a lifestyle then)! Some people who read this will say man what would it be like if the Castle didnt let the flood gates in!

Slow, slow, slow. Even on basic, simple, one person orders. Generally polite and they havent gotten orders wrong so thats a saving grace. The management, or what seems like it are great, helpful and polite but often seem stressed with their incompetent and untrained subordinates. Except for the management, the other employees honestly dont appear to care about the job.

Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty behind the counter and topped off with rude workers! Im not from NY, and this was my first visit to White Castle. I wont try it again! Also, the bathroom doors are locked and not available for customers???

Dont know why I was craving this place after about 18 years of staying away from it. Now that I tried it again I remember why I have stayed away. The only thing that was remotely ok was the chicken with cheese sandwich.
