Below satisfactory The website mentions to take an uber there, but I wonder who will pay for the double trip I had to make due to the stores error I placed an order online with plenty of time for myself and 7 co-workers by 11am and asked for a pickup for 12. When i got there at 11:50 just incase, and none of my order was done. Instead, I was told my order was placed double. Id expect double the food but instead none of the food was ready As I was leaving, the waitress said she needed to keep my receipt. At that time I even noticed 1 of my shakes were missing, which needed to be made I drove back to franklin square to then realize I was missing 1 burger, 2 fries and 1 haystack onion I called and spoke to Bryan, the angry manager who told me to drive back When I got there the waitress seemed annoyed and the remainder of my meal had to be processed. The ups driver even tripped while delivering packages. Who wouldve thought smashburger had an Amazon prime account? The only thing I got was and upgrade to my fries, which were supposed to be smash fries I then ordered 2 more shakes (that i had to pay for) but had to return to my lunch being cold This was my first experience there and a horrible one at that. Im not sure if i will ever return

I have been to this places several times and I love it, the food is usually great. I either get the bacon cheese burger or I do the create your own burger. Always love the burgers, but I wish the burgers were thicker or they has a double cheeseburger option. I also always is good, I just wish I had a bucket full of it lol! This time those I decided to try one of there shakes for the first time and it was amazing it was like you Dunkin cookie and milk and decided to blend it up XD!!! This place is good, but it is not with out its flaws, one major and one not major. But not major complaint I would put in is that the seats are very uncomfortable, they look nice and cool, but after a few minutes of sitting down your legs start to hurt, because the edges are very sharp. One reason I cant come to this place more is because the price is way to expensive for what you get, I do love each this place, but the price really stops me and my friend from coming here more, and that why also I did not give a 5 Stars rating for those two reasons!

Smashburgers. What more to say? Smashburgers isnt a popular franchise, but it definitely should be. I really love the one here. The service is good. They talk to customers with a positive attitude, which isnt something common in many franchise restaurants. I really love the smash fries and the nutter butter milk shake. The Classic Smash burger is awesome, but if youre already familiar with it, try the bacon burger. The interior is pretty huge, very spacious and at times, quite alive and full of people. If youre looking to just sit down, talk and have an affordable unhealthy meal, just come to Smashburgers. Oh, they also have salad, but WHY!?

Customer service needs to be revamped. I cant comprehend why they would only have one register open during lunch. The majority of people in this neighborhood take lunch 1-2pm and the line is always out the door. Not to mention theyre always training someone during these hours. Ive been standing on line for 20 mins with just 3 people in front of me and not one has the cashiers acknowledged the guests just feet away from them. #nothappy Okay so I returned to my office after a lengthy wait and of course my order was wrong. I ordered a burger well done instead it was rare, request lettuce only it had pickles and smash sauce on it. #lostacustomer

Great service and food. Burgers were awesome, tasty sauces (chipotle one cod be spicier), love the haystack onions. Sadly chocolate shake isnt made of chocolate ice cream, but syrup like at fast food joints. But still pretty good. Fried pickles were the only real standout in a bad way - way too salty to be edible. Not only is the brine extra salty for the pickles to be used as seasoning for a burger, but seems they were pre-sliced, soaking in saltiness. Combine that with perfectly seasoned batter and welp, too much salt even for me. Friendly staff! Christmas decoration starting to look a bit raggy, time to take it down maybe.

Very disappointed. Went here for the first time this eve. 4-8-17. Ordered take out and asked for peppercorn garlic aoli to go. Got home, no aoli. Floor of store was dirty - napkins, straw wrappers and receipts. Fries scattered on the take out counter. Young girl dropped a metal pan on the floor while clearing tables and just kicked it under the highchair and left there when she returned back to the floor to serve more food. My fiance wasnt thrilled about his burger my chicken was ok. Wont be back - been there done that! Wont do it again!

went on Saturday night place had good amnt of people and nice servers, food was fast and delicious! so glad to find a smashburger in the city since theres one in my hometown, there should be more locations in the city! my favorite order is to get the truffle mushroom swiss with grilled chicken and large smash fries, their fries are my favorite fries ever! theyre thin and crunchy, with seasoning and etc. their milkshakes are nice too. there is plenty of seating, and its high ceiling so it feels really open and spacious. would come again!

I love Smash burger food but this location could use some retraining in customer service. My family has gone on multiple occasions and been the only ones in line waiting for someone to acknowledge us. I understand if you need to wipe down a table real quick or make a milkshake but acknowledge your customer standing 3 feet from you. Saying "good afternoon give me just a moment and Ill be right with you" doesnt take a great amount of effort.

The place was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. No wait at all. The shake is pretty good. Burgers are not as good as Shake Shack but better than MacDonalds. The grilled chicken harvest salad is also pretty good, which makes a better choice than Shake Shack if some of your family does not like burgers.

The food wasnt what I thought it was going to be. The wait was long and everything was just too greasy. The portions wasnt that big and their hay stack onion rings and fries are like drenched in oil. It was okay, not terrible, but not as great as what the website makes it appear as.

Can you say the worlds most amazing burger & fries?!? I am truly in love. I feel like Im cheating on my wife with fries. Get the Smash fries. They are seasoned with Garlic & Rosemary, in a way that is so amazing! Its in a shopping center, so parking is excellent.

Really great burgers. Theyre in a different class of burger compared to something like 5Guys, but they always deliver that same level of quality. Also the fries here are the best fries I have ever had ever. The shakes here too. Smashburger never disappoints.

absolutely horrible. They charge $4.29 for a shake. The shakes used to come in a glass and a half; now, they come in a medium take out cup. Essentially, 2/3 of the original shake gone, and still for the same price. 0/10 would not reccomend
