Went with my family first time having groupon the fat guy at front was simply so rude.. trying to charge extra $15 per person for having my 8 year old kid with me which is even more than their standard $8, Ridiculous !! Dont know probably trying to be racist or something.. thats how you handle your customers who came first time at your place, Food was good for the price and place was decent too, but that fat dude spoiled the trip by adding unnecessary charges..

One of the very few true pool halls in Long Island. They are reasonably priced and charge based on time not per game. While not a deal breaker, the waitress was a bit flakey and ended up putting our drinks near another big groups stuff and not even telling us that they were ours. Also, they do play music fairly loud, so if you and your date want to chat, you may have a hard time hearing eachother.

Terrible service the food is gross made me sick i got food poisoning, and try to get a drink in that place is impossible because the staff is to busy flirting with each other than paying attention to paying customers. there are so many other places that are more friendlier on the Island. dont wait your money with these clowns.

Great Chill Spot! Pool can be pricey but drink prices are affordable. Bucket of beer is about $25+ where you can mix and match which is a bonus. Most tables are taken care of and well kept. Good social spot with friends :) BTW...you can find groupon deals for here 2 hours of play :)

Went with a few friends using a Groupon the food was really good. We ordered as soon as we got there because we were starving and its took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive. It was very spacious we werent bumping into anyone and an overall good place to hang out and play pool.

This is my second time at raxx pool hall. The food was decent but the bartentender nicole who is absolutely gorgeous and sweet and has mad skills in her craft. She will make ur raxx experience amazing and keep your eyes busy on her hot body

Great place for pool, except when the music gets very loud- especially on the weekends- and you cant seem to concentrate. Other than that, its a nice place to hangout. The food is very good, with a fine selection of drinks.
