Pizza is acceptable, most of the other stuff is passable. Certainly nothing approaches great and there are plenty of better places around. But the true issue is the service, or more precisely the lack of service. Most of the servers seem barely interested in actually fulfilling their responsibilities, nevermind doing it with anything approaching friendliness. Describing the whole Keystone Cops scene as amateur hour does a huge disservice to amateurs everywhere, led by the amateur-in-chief, manager Chuck. They get overwhelmed when the smallest of crowds shows up, with orders routinely lost or put into the revolving file, and then match the incompetence with boldfaced lies and aggressive, in-your-face behavior when asked about it. Never again. Convenience isnt a good enough excuse when places with far better food, like Docs, Upper Crust, Bohemian Pizza, to name just a few, are all within reasonable driving distance. Message to the owner - find competent servers and managers and we might return - we like to support local businesses, just not businesses that have such disregard for their customers. Until then, our dollars will go to every other decent area restaurant.

Im a young South African lady, I have to say its shocking how lack of service in this place, they dont even know the word customer service means, venue is beautiful and cosy but I tell you they do not give you a reason to come back, hospitality doesnt exist in this place how on earth you have to wait for stupid pizza for a good 1 hour the worse part of all the waitress doesnt even bother to come and communicate with the table, at home I work as Events manager one tging that will keep your guest happy is 1step meet&greet and sit your gurst 2nd you introduce yourself 3rd you let them know about your special gor rhe day and suggest along with menue knoledge 4th drinks order while waiting for food, once food arrive then you give them space so that they can enjoy themselves without being crowdef if the food delays you kindly go and let the table know or offer them a second round of drinks by doing that you making them feel comfortable so that they dont complain and end up walking out , communication is so vital important in this industry, please give people an outstandind extra ordinary service then tip will follow!

Yes, it was truly a mind boggling experience in the WORST WAY. I have never been so bothered by a restaurant and the beyond poor service in my life! It took almost 10 minutes for my friends and I to get seated. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. And an HOUR, to get a PIZZA! Not one single time, did the waitress come to our table to explain the holdup or offer us more drinks. After over 45 minutes of waiting, I called the waitress over to ask her what the holdup was and she gave me the a snotty look and attitude Not once during our meal. ( an hour to make, and 15 minutes to devour since we were starving!) did the waitress come over to our table tobasknher ANYTHING. We could not wait to leave This place is a sham! If we had our phones with us, and had looked up this place and saw all the poor reviews on here, we would have walked out. Hands down! Note to owner- your response to all these many complaints stated that you were going to address the problem. Obviously you have no intention of that. Not one waitress had a smile on their face. What a horrible experience !

The food here is good but the wait is really ridiculous. We ordered 2 small pizzas, calzone, fish and chips, and waited over an hour. During that hour no one came to check on water or apologize for the delay. Im not difficult....but an hour is crazy at 3pm on a Sunday. There may have been 7 tables (out of 50 or 60?) that were occupied. When the food did arrive, the fish and chips were cold. And they were the wrong pizzas. So we waited another 15 minutes for the pizzas. To recap: ordered at 3:15, cold fish and chips came out at 4:15, correct pizzas came out at 4:30. And while I dont expect things to be comped...this is an exception. They comped one pizza. Not coming back.

I ordered a pizza an hour before the kitchen closed and walked into the restaurant to pick it up about 20 minutes later. The bar was fairly busy and there were three staff members standing around the bar not working. My boyfriend and I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us. I even made eye contact with a couple staff members and one of them walked right by us without saying anything. We could see our pizza sitting on the stove waiting for us and could smell burnt pizza too. After waiting 10 minutes we left without our pizza. I think its safe to say we will NOT be back.

If the staff ever decided to do their job, the food might be halfway decent. Unfortunately, due to their laziness and the managements in-your-face attitude about the poor service and quality of food, this place is not one to recommend to anyone. During one evening at Kent Pizza, the kitchen forgot our order, then made it poorly. The management decided to comp the meals, then decided (when we went to pay) that they didnt want to comp it. When we complained, the security guard they use for the bar got in my face and threatened us until we paid. Dont ever waste your time here. Go somewhere else for food.

Pizzas were quite good, props to their chefs, but their service was atrocious. The waitress didnt even finish taking our drink orders before running away. We had to ask for the menus three times before going and getting them from the front ourselves. We flagged her down twice to no avail, in addition to asking a colleague of hers to come over. After telling her we needed to order, she mouthed off and said our food was already ready and shed bring it out. And God forbid she be pleasant and see if we needed anything else. Would not recommend eating in.

Food was great. Value is good. Our server was horrible. Even thou there was only one other table when we sat down we waited for over 10 minutes for a menu. I had to get up and ask for one. Took forever to take our order ( had to get up again). I didnt get my drink until I was almost finished with my dinner. I had to once again walk up to the counter with my check after waiting for the waitress to come back to pick it up. I would definitely go back but would sit by the bar if I get the same waitress.

This is a comfortable restaurants to bring the family or a group of friends to hang out. Its also open late by local standards. One side is a karaoke bar, and the other side is the restaurant. No reservations needed. I go by myself, and they are happy to show me to a full size both of available. I saw teens from local boarding school and alittle girls birthday party on my latest visit. Food is dependable. The pesto pizza is one of my favorites. Desserts are huge, meant to be shared!

Ordered drinks , app and dinner. App and salad came out, then immediately dinner and soup. Took two bites of my burger which I asked for RARE and it was WELL done with burnt bacon. Bartender/server was nice but they didnt even remove it from my check or buy me a beer. Instead of putting all my food on the table at once maybe cook should pay attention to how hes cooking things. Also asked for no fries with burger and still had them piled on my plate.
