I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs and say by the bar since the tables were full. It seemed to me that the eggs were the only fresh item used in my dish. The corned beef was gray when it was pulled out of the fridge and unwrapped from the plastic it was put into. I asked for my toast twice, never got it. Couldnt eat the corned beef hash... It didnt taste safe to eat. I understand that ratings are subjective and should be based on what we you can expect from each place... But this is, in my opinion, not a diner to visit unless youre desperate for food and heading to Newark airport. If you have time and want to ENJOY your food, please take a minute or two to look elsewhere.

Im from Cali so I was really iffy due to the neighborhood and the outside but when I got inside the atmosphere was friendly and the menu was chopped full of great selections I got the Philly cheese (cuz I was in the area lol) and it was probably one of the best I had and the prices were just as good... I highly recommend this place and next time Im I Jersey ill most defiantly be back

This is you quintessential greasy spoon diner! Its in a very industrial area with heavy truck traffic. But all that aside, the food is great! The menu has many choices, and the service today was excellent! Everyone was friendly, and it seemed like a big family with plenty of regulars.

Not clean.. Crowded.. No space.. And food is not fresh like other google reviews said!! Server doesnt attend you and gives your ticket when they give your food out. Better have mcdonalds instead I tried the house specials and neither my or my husbands plates were good

Stunning service with a very attentive waitress. Accomadated my complicated order with an upbeat attitude and no issues. Food was EXCELLENT and they have a bakery that serves fresh food daily that is made in house. Great prices too with a huge menu selection!

Eggs over cooked for me and so under done for my co-driver the waitress just stands at the counter and looks dayzed last time here if you cant cook and eggg to order 1 over easy 1 over medium your cook has problems
