They messed up my order a few times and I let it go because I was tired. This last time I decided to inquire further and the manager was rude to me so I gave it right back to him. They were trying to charge me for a drink I did not order or want, after taking off the drink I did want from my order....either way you shake it it didnt make a lick of sense. Reading and word comprehension there in general is low. Communication skills are poor and they are lacking in active listening. I have gotten cold food from there and brushed it off; I have gotten the wrong order there and told the workers "no problem" since people make mistakes, but this place is consistently in mistake mode. They get away with it because of the tourist traffic. Do better.

Who can complain about an establishment that gives out free ice cream cones? There are rarely any lines here. And if there are any lines they moves smoothly and quickly. I love DQ BLIZZARDS. Ive had almost every flavor and they are so yummy especially the brownie blizzard.

Hope you have a lot of time. Underbuilt and can barely handle crowds. For locals, a second DQ is now open in Mariners Harbor.
