Great bagels and cold cuts. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is the place is filthy. The ceiling is disgusting with awful stains and the floors need a really good mopping! The prep areas behind the counter looked clean.

So far, the bagels have been delicious and fresh. Even their sandwiches are on point. The only thing is that lines are hit or miss - sometimes its crazy busy, other times Im in and out in 3 minutes.

I think the store name is Hot Bagels. Ive been here multiple times and always love whatever I order. Whole Wheat and Pumpernickel are my favorites. Nice staff too.
