The service is mediocre. But the food is delicious. I had a roast lamb with cabbage salad on a Portuguese roll. I do not like lamb but this sandwich was delicious. On another occasion I had hangar steak with tarragon and aoli sauce. Very good. I had black coffee both times. They have some interesting sweets. I did try the almond butter and jelly on multi grain bread. It was really good. The person who was helping me, was very friendly and helpful. I would go back. Prices are reasonable. You could also find them, giving away complimentary sandwiches in various places throughout the city from a la Brea Bakery truck. The bread is really good.

All aspects of service are pretty terrible here - you could get faster AND friendlier service replacing the whole process with machines. Even for airport food in NYC it was expensive and average tasting.

Terrible customer service and the breakfast sandwich was awful and coffee tasted like pure garbage. Dont waste your money and time on this disgrace of a restaurant.

Poor service and even worse food. You can find a similar experience by talking to a wall and sucking on a glue stick.

Panini are very good also the creme brûlée cake. Service... Could be better.
