Absolutely atrocious customer service. Why, you ask? Well you see, apparently this is a cash-only business. That in itself is ridiculous at place where orders cost well into the hundreds or even thousands of dollars. But the real problem? That they fail to mention their cash-only policy anywhere on their website, or when you call in to place an order. The first time they mention it is when youre standing at the counter, two days before Christmas, trying to pick up several hundred dollars worth of pastries. What do they do when it turns out, having not been made aware of the cash policy and expecting to pay by credit card, youre four dollars and change short and dont have your debit card to hit the ATM next door? Do they say, "sorry about the confusion, Merry Christmas," and send you on your way? Nope... they sigh, roll their eyes, and tell you that you need to write up a promissory note and repay them by the end of the following week. And then they call you, repeatedly, to "remind you" that you need to repay them by the end of the week. Over four dollars and change, on an order of pastries worth hundreds of dollars, when the whole situation was caused by their failure to disclose their cash only policy.

Best Bakery in the area! So great in fact that my mother and I had schlepped desserts to all my sisters special occasions, such as wedding shower, rehearsal dinner and baby shower and all these occasions took place in New Hampshire! Everyone raved about what we had brought with us and asked where in NH we got them and were sadly disappointed to find out that the delicious desserts were from NY and if they wanted to go there they would have to make a 3 1/2 hike down to Somers, NY! We were concerned the dessert wouldnt survive the trip but luckily we never had a mishap, placed them in a cooler careful and all went well! So Worth It! Sweet Delites is the best!!!

Great Bakery- The Real Deal. Also excellent coffee and the customer service is great (I was just in and was short 50 cents and they could not have been nicer). Unbelievably, the landlord of the mall has just allowed a stupid, chain, donut-shop to move in which I refuse to even name...but I will never go there. Why bother, when Real pastry and fresh coffee is already there, and miles better.

We ordered a variety of butter cookies for my wedding from Carmen and her team at Sweet Delites. They were wonderful!! We were still eating them a week later, and they were just as delicious as they day we got them! Everyone was complimenting them, and asking us where wed purchased them. Thank you for your help in making our wedding perfect Carmen!

Sweet Delites is a great neighborhood bakery in Somers. Carmen and her team offer 1st class service with a smile. The offerings are always fresh and theres enough variety to please even the most fussy customer. I can honestly say you will not find this kind of quality in pastries anywhere else in northern Westchester county.

Sweet Delites is a great local bakery featuring Portuguese and Italian pastries, cakes and cookies. Definitely high demand. They dont have a gigantic coffee menu- they are strictly baked goods. They also have the most amazing Portuguese custard cups. Must buy!

I hope the pastry is sweeter than the help. The woman who answered the phone was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her with my phone call. I asked 2 simple questions and she huffed and puffed. The pastry BETTER be good.

Fantastic local bakery. Excellent cakes, cookies, breads, Danishes and pastries. Can be VERY busy before holidays and credit cards are not accepted. Good if brusque service.
