I have been a long time customer of Carmel Bagel until this morning. For the third time I was basically dismissed by the staff after waiting at least 15 minutes. The management does not work on the weekends, so therefore, it is a nightmare to go into to get a sandwich. They need to have one person stay at the register and not leave to go and cook. On one occasion, I had a big order and was given a simple brown bag. As I attempted to open my car door, the bag ripped and I lost everything. The employee just stood there and smoked a cigarette. My suggestion to the ownership is to have a qualified manager run the business even on the weekends. I will go another bagel shop from now on and tell my friends of the extremely poor service at Carmel Bagel

Come to this place make sure you bring a newspaper, B/C your going to be waiting till your hair turns gray to get your food. Line of people waiting to order and the people behind the counter are making sandwiches like their taking apart a bomb. Come on man put some fire your ass and move. I hate going to this place. Honestly 25 min to get my ham and swiss on a roll, I wanted to explode.

This place has wonderful food. Great bagels and they make a variety of sandwiches on them that are fantastic. The service is typical of a bagel place, young kids that just make what you tell them too. The reviews below saying the service is bad should remember this is a bagel shop/deli not a five star restaurant.

Ordered a dozen bagels all different types and they all tasted undercooked and very chewy. Vegetable cream cheese was yummy. However thats is no order in ths place there is no line and people who are waiting for there order are mixed in with people waiting to order. It is chaos!

Great bagels sometimes questionable staff. Occasionally get a rude worker taking your order which seems contradictory to what you would want from someone in that position but damn are their bagels and other foods good.

The best!! Try and find another local place where you can serve yourself a variety of coffee flavors!! Food is varied and excellent. Staff friendly as youll ever find!! Wi-Fi strong and steady and a great, free perk.
