VERY RUDE!! When I came in for an order. The cashier was very rude. She did not greet me at all, I had to greet her to get any service. Later on I noticed she did not say hello to any of the guests that came in. When I tried to tell her how I wanted my food to be dished she shrugged me off as if It didnt matter. As the server made my dish he did exactly what I didnt want. I told her and she said I need to explain myself better. What ever happened to the customer is always right. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning and I will be letting everyone know of the service of this restaurant. Instead of coming here do yourself a favor go to goldencrust.

Not my first time ordering from there. First of all that short cashier that work there she need to learn MANNERS. But any ways to night I was so excited to order there cow foot. Because I had it before on a tuesday and it ws so good . Anyways sit down to eat only to be disappointed the cow foot was so salt omg and the cow foot needed to cook some more .if you guys change chef please bring back the regular cheft. And another thing I love my stew peas but I will never order another one there . Like I was eating the salt and youll pressure the pigtail.why? So disappointed c&j

I went there in person twice and got the same nasty attitude from the girl that works there all because I didnt want rice but I just wanted macaroni. Now I called to place an order and she says hold on a "second" and Im on hold 8 mins later! I will never go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone I prefer drive the one hour to Utica in Brooklyn because the people arent like animals over there and macaroni salad isnt a problem for them in Brooklyn neither!

Food is on point no doubt but the customer service is bad the kept me waiting on the phone almost 20 minutes to place an order I end up hanging up I called another time place my order before I left work on my break to pick up. It took me 25 minutes to get there and the food is not ready. The cashier have head phones in her ear and bumping to music while slowly serving and so does other workers. Like I said food is great but not so much the customer service.

Food is ooook, there food is never ever ready on time and the workers are slow asf! Going there on my lunch break is always a rap Cuz not even at 12 they have nothing ready not to mention breakfast time they are super late with everything. I would love to know who the manager or owner cuz the people who works there dont give a dam. Not just one or 2day nothing is ready on time its every single day.

This restaurant deserves a less than 1star rating. There is always a long wait for food and then to get greeted by the servers bad attitude. Its like theyre going all the way to Jamaica to get the meat and provisions to prepare per meal. Food is nasty either too much sugar, too salty or tough . Not returning gave it enough tries and seems to get worse each time.

Cashiers are very unprofessional .customer service is below O I would never recommend anyone to that restaurant. I was serve by Janice on the 11/20/2015 @ 12:36:21 pm. She need to be place in the kitchen to wash pots not on the front line.but thats what you get when you have so many uneducated people working in your establishment

Unprofessional ...worker on personal phone and trying to take orders at the same time ... stew fish was made horribly. It was over cooked to a rubbery fish and smothered in an unappetizing sauce with no onions, Peppers carrots. .nothing ... I see why the place was empty.

This is the worst Caribbean restaurant I have ever been!! I got jerk chicken with salad and the chicken was COLD AND OLD!!! Plus he gave me two bone pieces and a old leg.. EVERY ONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Love there macaroni salad and carrot cake. Waiting period a bit tedious, as neither breakfast or lunch is ready at an appropriate time. Cashier, quite unfriendly but all other staff is accommodating and cordial.
