My company likes to take us for launch once in a while. This time they picked an Italian restaurant called Ciao Bella. First of all, huge parking lot - You wont have a problem with parking even on Saturday night. Inside looked really nice, rustic Italian style. Plenty of pictures on the wall showing Venice and vineyards, etc. Somebody greet us at the entrance in nice uniform and asked us if we would like a booth or table - we picked booth. Waiter was with us right away, telling about todays specials - he was extremely professional but not stiff, if You know what I mean. He had everything remembered by hard and seemed very competent. I ordered Boneless Chicken Scarpariello. While we were waiting, he brought us some really tasty pizza rolls, bread and butter. There was a lot of it, so I wasnt really hungry after that. Then, after around 20 minutes he brought my food. Well, Im the kinda guy who doesnt get emotional when he eats, but with a first bite I FELL IN LOVE in that dish. It was juicy and really spicy, just the way I like it ! This was a company launch with mostly females, and they were very careful not to eat too much and I felt like a pig, when I finished first, not leaving a smallest paprika on my plate. Doesnt matter, it was worth it. Size was big and prices not that bad at all. On Wednesdays and Fridays they have live music. There was a bar as well with cute bartender female but again... that was company launch. The experience in general was positive. Waiter was professional and polite. He was not bothering us during the meal, but he stayed close by in case we needed him. Im coming back to that restaurant every weekend now with my wife.

First time ordering since it switched owners. I was hoping it would be just as good but to my utter disappointment, it was barely eatable. I ordered the grilled salmon with steamed veggies over pasta. The salmon could have been very good & the veggies were also cooked well. What I couldnt understand is that the entire meal sat in about 1/4 inch of oil. The oil had no taste, it was not garlic & oil, it was just oil. Unfortunately it seeped into the salmon & veggies, the pasta was already lost. I had to take what I could & place onto paper towels to try to soak up as much oil as possible. This was a take out meal, so I tried to eat some but most went into the garbage. At $23.00, I cant say I will ever try this place again, unless they advertise hiring a new, experienced chef.

The ladies were concerned about the large portions served (so they had heard). So they decided to split a meal...then realized that one serving was marginal for two people. Fortunately, I new better and ordered what was said to be a large enough salad for two people (which it was not). The food was tasty...the salad I felt was over priced ($17.00)...the seafood bisque was amazing and overall the staff and so on really attempted to make our stay pleasurable. I would love to rate them higher but based upon today this is how we do it. Try again next time...maybe...?!?!?

The service took an extremely long time and was overall awful. The food was average at best, and when we asked for the manager we were told that the manager was not even there. One waiter even referred to the manager as a man and the other waiter said the manager was a women. The waiter wrote down our orders in red crayons and messed up multiple orders. It was not organized or professional. I would not recommend to anyone.

Ciao Bella is absolutly the best Italian Restaurant on Long Island. The food is excellent. The servers are very polite & helpful. Outstanding service. The party room is so warm & inviting. The owners come to the table to introduce themselves & make you feel like youve know them forever. If you havent been there yet, you tried the rest, NOW TRY THE BEST! Bellisimo.

When out to eat at ciaobella restaurant. I have no complaints! The food was great! I ordered the fetuccini divinchi !! Great dish! My children ordered penne vodka and finished it all!! The staff was amazing very attentive !!! If you ask me if i would come again... My answer would be of course!!!! I will always be back to eat out with my family again!

Refined Italian. Although its nothing particularly special, everything there is exactly what you would expect and the food is made perfectly although at the end of the day its just a normal Italian restaurant with good food and a clean and acceptable location and service

Terrible food. Terrible expierence... would not eat here ever. If you are trying to take a signifigant other or family member here for dinner you will dissapoint! Id say its good for a slice a pizza but unfortunately Id be lying as well.

Suchhhhhh a fabulous place the owners are amazing!!! The manager Melissa Is just awesome. The food is just heaven, cant wait to enjoy the live music in September and the paint night in October. I highly recommend the Chicken Valencia.
