this is the best chinese buffet i have been to. it is my second favorite buffet overall. my first favorite is some other non chinese buffet. The only problem i have with this place is that there is a problem with screaming kids around the times of 7-9 PM. I have not complained to the staff about this issue because i always bring headphones anticipating this issue, so i do not know how it would normally get handled. As usual the parents of the screaming kids do nothing about it. the food is great, when you compare it to normal Chinese restaurants it isnt the best, but compared to chinese buffets, this is really good. i just went for lunch there and it was $7.95 + tax. some foods are better than others, like the triple crown, the dumplings and the cream cheese wonton; their mushrooms are great. they also have coffee, ice cream and other desserts. It also has a nice environment, nice staff, it is a great place to celebrate a birthday if you like chinese food.

Bottom line: Their food is okay, service is horrible. If youre gonna go there, make sure its a nighttime because in the early evening, the food is cold cause its been sitting around since noon. Overall, the food isnt that bad, but its really nothing special. What really bothers me about the service is that the manager behind the front desk is rude and unaccommodating. I went there on a Saturday when they were busy and the guy behind the sushi bar was completely ignoring me because they were so busy. I went to go talk to the manager about it and he stuck his hand in my face and refused to talk to me because he was busy seating people. Really rude. Oh, and the people who work behind the sushi counter barely speak English (if at all). They literally never get my order right; somethings always slightly off.

First of all, the food was alright. Most of them were cold, but they did taste really good. Thats one good stuff about this place that I didnt mind. Second of all, POOR MANAGEMENT! They charged my three year old as an adult plus charged her and the three of us adults 12% fee (tips) just for putting drinks on my table and throwing away our plates. 12% per person! I spoke with this so called manager and got yelled at because I thought that my daughter shouldnt have been charged and that the 12% fee was ridiculous. They would charge you 12% for tips even if you left a few bills on the table to tip them. What a rip-off! Not to mention, who freaking leaves a framed picture of a naked girl in the front desk?! I would come back here if things were different. They just lost theirself a customer.

I am a picky eater and I dont really enjoy Chinese buffets that much, but Ive been going to this one for years and its one of my favorites. Always good food, the few things I do eat any way are usually delicious. I really love the sugar donuts and will wait for a new batch to come, because they are so mouth watering and amazing when warm. I also like the lo mien, rice, vegtable noodles, fried wontons, mushrooms, green beans and boneless ribs... I dont know about much else personally, but I do enjoy this place quite a bit and several of my friends would agree. The only bad things are the other customers and the place could use a remodeling or just better decor. Very outdated and dingy and the bathrooms are down right creepy.

Rude management and poor food. In their hayday, the manager put his hand in my face and refused to talk to me when the sushi chef declined to make my order because he was too busy. Im very glad to see that this place is on its last legs because while the politeness of the staff has increased somewhat to compensate for bad business, the quality of the food keeps plummeting. Seriously - old, stale, poor-quality food that just sits around all day (because their turnover is so low) is a staple of this place. Unfortunate, because if the management were competent, this place would be as good as it was back in the beginning. What a shame.

Ive never felt compelled to leave a bad review before, (as I work in the food industry) but this place is absolutely disgusting!! The food is horrible, literally couldnt eat it, and then, my 3 kids (including a 9 year old!) got charged as adults, and they have the nerve to automatically add a 12% tip, (for putting 5 sodas on the table, once) Not to mention the flies that were swarming the tables, (probably from the nice sewer smell outside) Avoid this place at all costs! 2 words: NEVER AGAIN!

Huge selection of food, problem being its cold. 1 dessert station 2 hot food and one soup with seperate sushi. The sushi selection is embarrassing about 5 rolls for lunch limited to cream cheese, fake crab and sweet potato. I asked the owner sbout the selection and he was very rude and said to me( "what do u expect for 10$"). This place is dirty the stsff are rude and no one speaks english. Go anywhere else.

The food is pretty good but nothing amazing. The staff leaves something to be desired. Management is rude a d the servers rarely even come by to refill your water. If youre looking for high end sushi this is not the place to go although the vegetarian rolls are decent. Id youre looking for a good basic Chinese food lunch this place will definitely fit the bill for what you need.

Went for lunch . Food and service very poor. Also they include a 12% tip ( the waiter did not even mention it even though that we almost left an additional 15% cash tip). A very limited selection of sushi. Any fry food was swimming in oil. Try few shrimp and there were though as leather. Any dish that was in a sauce were very salty. The fruit was good and fresh.

Lunch time is much cheaper (~$9.50, compared to ~$15 dinner) and the food is a million times better. Ive been here a couple times during lunch (12 noon) and once for dinner (6pm) and some of the food (mei fun and chicken dishes) during dinner did not taste good... other things are consistently good: sushi, dessert, American food

This chinese restaurant is one to avoid. The place is dirty and dingy and the food is below average. The owner and staff are rude and have the nerve to add on a 12% charge to your bill when you serve yourself. I guess that extra money will help them replace the wallpaper that is pealling off the walls in the restaurant.

Best buffet around This place is clean and always has great food. The sushi is made fresh. The refill of the crab legs is the only issue but thats everywhere Ive been on the island so far and well worth the wait. I love this place. Never had an issue here and they always open and are worth every penny. Be there soon
