The FOOD was actually very good for the most part. Our sugar doughnuts were slightly burnt but the veggies were fresh and crunchy. I ordered General Tsao, Mushu Pork, Egg Rolls, Sugar Doughnuts, Chicken and Broccoli, House Special Lo Mein and Vegetable Fried Rice. The ATMOSPHERE was typical for a locally owned Chinese restaurant although I think it was colder inside than it was outside and it was 44 degrees outside. I saw some fabric blowing from the air in the vents so Im assuming they just had the air on cycle, it was freezing, as depicted by the cashier who was wearing a winter coat.I was disappointed to see that one of the cooks went to the bathroom and didnt wash. Im no idiot, I know this happens everywhere and that Chinese food requires little handling with the hands but the least you could do is wash for show. Especially when you have customers who can obviously see you walk in and come out immediately after the flush.The SERVICE was okay, I ordered food and I received food, other than that, nothing special. When I walked up to the counter the cashier mumbled hey or hi. That was it until she said my order was ready. All in all about five words were exchanged.Lastly, I was disappointed with the TIME it took for my order. I know I ordered a large amount of food, usually Im told 10 minutes, this place told me 20. Understandable considering the amount of food. I came back 15 minutes later and ended up sitting in the cold dining room for 20 more minutes. 35 minutes to make my order seemed a little extreme. I have rarely been to a place that took more than 15 minutes.All in all the food was very good but I dont think Ill be visiting again simply because it took too long for my food and the staff was not welcoming or hygienic.

Placing the order was next to impossible. They said 15 minutes for pick up it took them nearly 30 minutes. The House Special Lo Mein was tasteless, we asked for fresh spring rolls and they gave us fried, the Crab Rangoons were almost good but they didnt give us any sweet sauce to dip them in. Overall not a good experience and we will not be going back again.

The food is pretty good, but Im only giving two stars overall due to the poor customer service I always get when I get takeout. They have a young girl usually working the front counter and register (presumably the owners daughter) and she just doesnt seem to care or have any desire to ever be there. I never get the feeling Im welcomed there.

Its always great here. I dont understand the low reviews. Not only is the food good but you dont get that hangover that you get from some Chinese food places and its fast and cheap as well. Cant beat it.

Ordered $50 worth of takeout. No soy sauce, no hot mustard, no crunchy noodles, not even any fortune cookies. The food was mediocre and actually kind of cold. I picked up "15 minutes" after I ordered.

Ordered Chicken Cashew and Fried Rice. They both where the worst by far Ive ever had. Not only did it taste bad but they gave me only 4-5 Cashew halves in the order. I will never go back.
