Let me tell you all something about Chopsticks. I really like this restaurant. My wife and I go there a lot. I have ALWAYS been given really big portions and I base that on like 100 visits. The price is really decent. I pay $13.82 for two lunch plates that includes your entre, an eggroll and all the tea I can drink. I like to leave a tip on top of that as well of course. I love Sesame Chicken. It seems that every Chinese restaurant has a different definition of what that consists of. To me, it seems silly if there arent any sesame seeds at all! Chopsticks really hits the spot for me. I have been impressed that the staff at Chopsticks has really taken the time to get to know us. They are very friendly and courteous. They have helped us with our baby on occaision! I think they are the only restaurant I have EVER been to that did that. They know who we are and believe it or not we always tend to order the same thing there and the waitstaff has memorized what we tend to order, how we like it cooked and everything. There is no other restaurant that I attend that does that. I know I probably sound like a commercial for them but I dont care. I see some negative feedback here and I dont think its justified. Taste is subjective so there will be some people who disagree about your cooking. Give this place a try. My wife and I think it is one of Rochesters best kept secrets! Thanks and God bless to all the people at Chopsticks!!!! We hope you guys are around for a real long time!

Chopsticks s authentic Wonton Soup Peking-style is fantastic. Fried Calamari with hot peppers is the best anywhere. Ask for their hot pepper sauce on the side if you want extra heat for the soup or Calamari. Hot tea served immediately upon seating. The service is friendly. Fortune cookies served with bill. Ambiance is a little sterile, but OK since I go there to eat good food, not to take in the sights. A favorite spot to stop at for a delicious quick, inexpensive, and filling lunch.

Unlike most Chinese restaurants there is no tea or noodles to greet you. Service is quick but no one ever came to ask if the food is good or if you need any thing. Wonton soup was very salty. I ordered Cantonese fish and bean curd over rice. It was OK but nothing to write home about. I dont think I will go back to this place. By the way, no fortune cookies either. Prices are reasonable and quantity ample though.

Very good quality food, amongst the best in Rochester (but not up to the NY/LA/SF standards). For take out, the quantity is very good, three dishes (about $30-35) is enough for two meals for three people. Dining in is nothing to write home about, though the teenage kids who man the front do an adequate job of service (the Decor is simply bad).

Im a college student from NYC, and I know what "good " chinese food is. Chopsticks is definitely the most delicious in Rochester. I cant stress that enough. Their food is like the chinese food I have back home. Their waiters and waitresses are exceptional. You have to go try it to believe it!

The REAL Chinese food in the back of the menu really makes Chopsticks stand out from other Chinese restaurants. I am from China and I know whats Chinese food taste like. Their foods are comparable or even better than those I tried from China!

Better than average "small town" Chinese food. Reasonable prices. No where near NYC/SF/LA quality. But for a podunk town like Rochester the place is good especially for students. Drive to Toronto if you want world class Chinese food.

I thought Id give them a try. It was TERRIBLE. I ordered Beef And Broccoli lunch special. The Beef was undercooked and a very very tiny portion. I will never go there again and will tell all my friends about this terrible experience.

A nice Chinese restaurant near MCC. I recommend trying anything under Cantonese style rice section. They are cheap, served fast and most of all, taste good.
