I ordered an 8 piece and a 22 piece buffalo wings. By the time they arrived they were already cold. When I opened the boxes, they had sent an 8 piece and a 14 piece. On top of that they werent even properly cooked! I called to get my money back (I had ordered with a credit card) and the "shift manager" Anthony said that it was IMPOSSIBLE to give me a refund and that he could only give me credit for the next time I order or send me a new order. Mind you that I will never be eating from Pizza Hut again and did not even want to see another order. I have worked with credit card machines so he had no way of telling me he could not give me a refund. And on top of that he basically went on to accuse me of being a liar. Nice customer service, Pizza Hut! Dont worry I will get my refund. Its not about the $17, its about getting half decent service at least and not having to get attitude from employees. I thought the customer was always right?

Delivery guy wouldnt take the elevator and bring me my pizza The only reason I ordered from here was so I didnt have to travel with my baby after a long day! Never got my pizza & waited an hour and a half for nothing! This pizza guy sucks 04/15/2016 delivery guy arrived at 6:30 pm seriously needs to get a new job or work a different position or pizza guy needs to specify its not door to door service & stop charging a delivery fee.

The service was horrible! Placed an order and after waiting an hour and a half because the driver was "lost" had to cancel the order. Then, after walking over to the store to get a refund, she said there was nothing she could do after the card is charged. So that about sums up my first and last experience at this poor excuse for a chain.

I placed an order at 4:36pm and pizza showed up 6:10pm at my door. This is unacceptable service and after giving the place many calls I was spoken to in a rude manner, like it had been my fualt for some reason. I will never eat here again. Please do the same, no one should have to wait two hours for "fast" food pizza.

Twice ordered online from here and twice the same error. They either have a hard time comprehending online orders or they have a lack of attention with what a customer orders. I wish they would just take the time to read orders carefully and DOUBLE CHECK to see the order is correct and completed.

Terrible service. Waited at the counter at least 5 minutes before anyone said hello. One man was in the back on his cell phone the whole time, one girl making the orders, one girl at the counter ignoring people, and two others just standing around. Disappointing!

Ive been ordering from here for years. Now theyre unreliable, disorganized, and illogical. Waited 3hrs on a pizza i never received(paid by card), its a scam. Anyways, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else (better pizza spots around).

THERE ARE THREE CHAIRS. 15 minutes for a personal pan pizza. NO CHAIRS TO SIT AND WAIT. Not worth what they charge. And why are there so many pizza boxes around here? Terrible. Gives pizza hut a bad name.
