When I entered the establishment, there was already a huge line of waiting customers. I talk very loudly, but the lady couldnt hear what I was saying. I believe her name starts with the letter J and I dont think she was paying any attention, and I had to repeat myself several times. She even forgot to get my chicken out of the microwave may I add (and not the oven), as she moved on to the next customer when my chicken was already done. I ordered a double chicken chopped salad, but she charged me for a Rst Chicken Salad plus an Extra 1.75 for what she thought was a Double. I paid more for the wrong order. And the bowl was only 3/4 of what I normally get. Even when she was wearing gloves, she had henna on her hand when she did the money transactions. Isnt that unsanitary because that means she is unlikely to wash her hands in order to make the paint more long-lasting.

Unbelievable how rude the staff are to customers! The one man whos usually there is simply miserable! Always in a bad mood! He wouldnt let me use my Subway Rewards Card to redeem a sandwich. He asked me suspiciously: "Are you a customer here?" (As if thats a requirement to use the Rewards Card) Ive accumulated over 100 pts. at his store! I walked out. NEVER going back there.

My go-to Subway spot for years, also annually buy a birthday cake there too. While most of the reviews Ive seen arent positive, I cant help but wonder how frequently they went to this Subway and if its as bad as they say. Always got what I ordered, exactly the way I wanted it, and all with proper manners. Recommended as a decent Subway spot next to a Subway!

The staffs are very rude especially if you order Carvel ice cream , especially on Wednesday when Carvel has the deal buy one 2 free sundae. They always say that the soft vanilla is always broken. I will never step a foot there ever again.

Great service. Some of the staff members in the morning shift doesnt take subway coupon, have experienced they 3 times. Other than that, great place for healthy bite.
