Online Order Gone Awry Fijese fulana de tal...I attempted to order through their online service and received a phone call from a young lady at the restaurant regarding my "credit card"...I explain to her in English and in Spanish, that I didnt use my credit card, in fact I used my debit card...something she clearly misunderstood and did not understand. To make a long story short, she we review the information, she tells me she is going to run it through again then hangs up the phone on me. I wait, I call back to verify if she tried it again. She tells me she has another call, shell run it through then for the second time hangs up the phone. By now, Im hungry and angry, and irritated at the lack of professionalism that this employee of a restaurant that I have ordered from at least two times before and have used that card as well as a credit card. I have ordered with them before without a problem, not sure what went wrong tonight. Mind you, I called back and explained myself and said some of the aforementioned and asked, is the order on the way? I have cash, I can just pay with cash instead she states, no, it is not on the way. She says no. I say, ok please cancel the order. I guess that was the adult thing to do? I dont play games and I dont waste my time being rude or ignorant...instead, Im just simply baffled and how can I forgot to add...HUNGRY NO DINNER when it could have arrived by now. I will never spend my cash money there again. Hope you all train your staff to handle these things better, you are in the restaurant business, not everybody in East New York is a CROOK. So much for supporting your local business. Sooo disappointed. de M

Delivery takes over an hour and not told until I call, the owner gets upset when you call multiple times for delivery updates. Now 3* Update as of 5/31/2017 "It has two stars now" Here are some points of why I will NEVER order again from them. There was a lady on the phone that was very rude because I called 1 hour and 20 minutes and my food was not delivered. She accused me of giving the wrong number even though with current technology we have caller ID, it seems that I was in the wrong. I am quite disappointing because there was one item from the menu that I particularly enjoyed very much. due to the arrogance of the way that I was treated, I am sad to inform that they have lost a client. I might not have ordered everyday, but I did order weekly or every two weeks minimum. I guess the business thinks its getting big and dont need clients like me. For a better treatment and similar food you can always try the below, I do not get money or anything from them but I think we as customers deserve better treatment. As a white guy I dont exactly have the best basis for whether or not this is truly "authentic" but as far as I can tell this is LEGIT. This is the kind of food one would expect from a food truck in Williamsburg (but less costly!). I got queso flautas, a spicy pork taco and a goat taco. Savor those last words like I savored the food: GOAT TACO. The meat was perfect, doused with cilantro and more, in a double-shell soft taco. The spicy pork did not disappoint and the flautas were nice, crispy, and cheesy (and covered with more crumbly cheese and lettuce). This food was *exactly* what I was craving - - Im glad I took the detour from my destination to find something other than the big chain fast food places in the neighborhood, and I was certainly not disappointed.

This place is horrible! Please dont be fooled by the good reviews as I was. I place my order at 5:59pm and the food did not reach until 8:30 and it takes 9 mins max (by bike) from their location to my location. After my three hour wait they had completely messed up my order I received extra items and I was missing an item also the food was cold and messy. Customer service also sucked I was lied to and after my third call I was told just wait until my food comes there is nothing they could do. My experience was horrible NEVER AGAIN WOULD I ORDER FROM HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Aztec Soul is hands down the best authentic Mexican food in NYC that Ive had. Their food is fresh, tasty, incredibly well priced, and is ready quick. What more can you ask for? I have tried almost everything on the menu, my favorites are their tostadas and quesadillas and burritos. Definitely not Taco Bell processed food, real steak and actual chipotle in their seasoning. Their spicy sauce is for real, no joke, but flavorful. I eat their almost once a week. Family business, humble owners. Try them out ASAP. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I LOVE this place! Mexican food has always been my favorite but not every restaurant can be as authentic as Aztec. They have never let me down with the quality of food. If youre in the area, stop by, you wont regret it. Oh and btw, they deliver FAST!

Ordered at 9, got delivery at 10:30. Guy pretended to not speak english to me to get more tip even tho i heard him speak english just fine to my boyfriend on the phone. Dry awful chicken, and worst steak ever. Not ordering again, what a ripoff!!
