Clearly, Sweet Lous was a terrible diner. In 2006 I ordered a "taco salad" imagining something delicious. What emerged was a stale taco shell filled with iceberg lettuce, cheese, and salad dressing. This bares no resemblance to a taco salad. Even a chain like Taco Bell blows the water out of this. I think I paid like ten bucks for it. So when new owership came in, I was intrigued. The name was also quite appealing to me. After a year I worked up the courage to take a date there, my longtime girlfriend. She ordered the salmon salad and I ordered the Nachos Supremo. What I received was a pile of stale, store-brand chips with kraft cheez melted on top with cold tomatoes and little beef. We ran through the topping after a couple of bites and was left with nothing but store-brand chips on a plate. I think I paid more than ten dollars for that. The salmon salad was left untried, and we forgot it. They should have stopped us from leaving. It shares a parking lot with Dunkin Donuts. I would recommend getting a nice coffee and donut and forgeting all about Apple a Day.

Bathroom was clean, service was fast, and the fries were okay. Those are the reasons Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered the veggie burger with cheddar and mushrooms. Ive had a lot of veggie burgers since Ive been vegetarian since 1999 but this was one of the worst Ive tasted. The mushrooms seemed like they were canned. My husbands salad and sons hot dog got similar reports. I saw homemade mac and cheese on the menu but if you get the mac and cheese on the kids menu, its clearly kraft.

Food ok. Service was good. Hostess made remark about my 2 year old getting crayon on the plastic highchair tray. They supply the crayons to the kids and then complain. I could see if it was marker or pen, but crayon wipes right off plastic. Dont they have to wipe down those trays after use? I cleaned the tray, however because of her rude remark I will not go back. She made the remark while we were still eating. It was just plain rude! That place is NOT baby friendly.

The portions were huge and the food was ok. I ordered a chef salad and it was not very good but the waiter was nice enough to swap it for something else I wanted free of charge. The food came very fast as well. If you are looking for convenience and a simple diner then this is the place. If you are looking for better quality food then you probably want to go somewhere else.

Thought Id try a local place not a chain restaurant, this place was a disappointment. Although clean(including restroom) order was messed up and the sausage links were disgusting. I mentioned it to both the waitress and cashier. The waitress was very nice but said if they took the meat off the bill it would cast more because I got a combo meal. I would not recommend it.

This place is filthy. The most unprofessional management Ive ever experienced in a restaurant!! The manager literally cursed me out!! When I called to speak with another manager about the incident THE SAME MANAGER cursed me out on the phone. This is because the food was cold and the service was by far the worst OE experienced in years!!

20$ dollars spent seems to get you soapy tasting eggs and Sandy pancakes. Undercooked stuff with the home fries and decent sausage. Cant really screw that up though. Coffee sucks, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The soapy eggs though. I forced it down. 20 dollars !!! Khaaan!

Not only is the food wonderful but the service is just as wonderful. Whatever we ordered mostly for take out was always perfectly cooked and what a friendly atmosphere. You do not have to go any further to find the best food at wonderful prices.

We passed several places to eat in order to go here the owners are wonderful the food is homemade the soup cant be beat... the quality and size cant be beat and the prices are low the chicken pot pie is yummy yummy yummy

Good quality food no one leaves hungry . Big portions of home made food from a traditional Greek diner chef . Uses choice angus meat. Has vegetarian entrees which my daughter likes. Great soups . Never a bad meal.

Ordered simple egg ham and cheese on a hard roll. They manged to screw it up 3 times, the owner was rude and quite nasty. On top of that it was quite expensive for a diner. I will never go there again.

Last time we were here, the building was a classic silver bullet diner. Now its a restaurant. Food was great and the place was packed. i recommend it very happily.
