My husband and I have been eating at this diner for a few years. The past 2 experiences left us wondering if the establishment had changed hands or if management had changed. The food was still good but the service was seriously lacking. The first time we figured they were off their game but after the 2nd time we felt something may have permanently changed. The bus and wait staff have always been so attentive. Now it takes a manager to realize that we havent even been served water or coffee. The waitstaff is different and nowhere to be found to take your order. Maybe there has been a staff change or shortage.

Dissatisfaction, stopped here one night with hubby and all we wanted was a Caesar salad to go. We ordered and had a seat. While waiting the cakes was calling us. We ordered a slice of strawberry shortcake. Got the bill it was $22 got home the salad was the size of a side salad the dressing was already on it so it was wilted. It looked like it was left over from a prior order. Then the slice was so tiny. The reason you like diners cakes is because of the portion size. It only gets a one star because thats the lowest option and the customer service was good. Wont be back!

Very good diner with great breakfast and fabulous desserts. They actually have their own bakery in the basement so all their desserts are made fresh on site. Some of the best cheesecake around. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating to any requests we have. Also very affordable dinner specials.

Typical NY diner with a very large menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner foods. The prices here arent cheap, but the portion sizes are large and the food comes quick which is a bonus. They also have a large dessert case and open 24 hours so can grab food at anytime in the night.

Not only do they have great food, but they are great people. Very friendly, great service. They even deliver. Such a pleasure dealing with the managers and wait staff. Thanks for all you do for your community! By the way, the food is great and they have a very diverse menu.

Food was great. There pancakes are the best around the Ossining/Briar Cliff area. There wait staff was not the best. Very attentive, but no personality. I look for not just the food, but the restaurant experience.

Try it once, you wont be disappointed. We are regulars there for the past few years. Seating and service is prompt and the waiters are very helpful and accommodative to special requests.
