Was looking for a place to stop after work that wasnt the same ol routine and stumbled across this place via google maps. The food is on point, The brew is one point and Randy (Randall) the brewmaster is one of the nicest,friendliest folk you could find. Im an IPA hound and folks at BCB concoct an excellent IPA thats not overtly hoppy with a crisp, clean feel on the front end with a smooth bitter finish. I was also able to sample their Milk Stout which I found to be bold in pallet with a light finish. I ended up taking home a growler of that as they will be rotating that out soon in favor of an oatmeal stout, which I really cant wait to try. If you havent heard of this place (Like me since theyve been open for 2 years) I suggest you head on over They will not disappoint. I might make 1 suggestion for their menu though. But this is not to say what they have isnt already damn good. A Steak would be killer to go along with your fine beer selection,

Best beer, fantastic food! Also try one of their specials because they try a lot of great foods, which occasionally make it to the menu! The bone wings are by far the best in the area. They are fall of the bone good. You can also become a mug club member when there are available spots! More beer for your $ and perks throughout the year! The location isnt as bad as people perceive. It certainly is blue collar and a little out of the way but it fits, being as it is an old manufacturing building. The staff is friendly, approachable, down to earth and the owners are certainly hard workers and passionate about this business. Please check it out and make this your local!

Blue Collar is a pretty upscale brewpub considering the name. Still, it does have an atmosphere of hard work and gumption which translates to the beer. The building itself it huge though the lot is pretty small, but the bar area and table room isn’t that big. A lot of room is taken up by the long kitchen and the lower level fermentation tanks, which you can walk over on a catwalk that feels vaguely Star Wars like. The beer is pretty good, with a strong dunkelweizen offering and several hoppier beers. Service was pretty good and very friendly, though didn’t check up that often. The several tvs above the bar made it a nice place for watching games too.

Best beer in town. I have been a beer lover for a long time now. This brewery ended my long time search of a good brewery in the US. The last time I had a good beer was at a beer bar in Utah. Now, hang on, even though the place has the best beer, this place is dead. I visited this place on a Friday night and literally there were not more than 6-7 people hanging out. Maybe the location doesnt do justice for this place. But my advice, people, make this your new hanging garden.

I enjoy trying new beers and checking out the vibe of local breweries. This place is fantastic. Their cream ale has to be one of my favorite beers of all time. I would give it 5 stars alone, just on the beer, but the food was great too. The location is not the best and you can easily pass it when looking for it. Business was a bit slow when I went there but it was midday at an odd hour. I hope they are making good business. Highly recommend!

Traveling from DC through the Hudson Valley, I happened upon Blue Collar. What a wonderful, welcoming place for a thirsty traveler. The people were very friendly, the beers were quite tasty (especially the Rye Porter), and the tacos were delish. definitely worth a trip.

Great food and service. We had nachos that had pulled pork - delicious. The wings were very good and were served with the best blue cheese dressing that I ever tasted. The place was very clean. Will come back soon. I didnt have any beer but my friend said it was good.

Good Service, Good Atmosphere, Good Sandwich, Okay Beer. It lived up to its name in my opinion. The cream ale was the worst of the beers, and the waitress even suggested it was for people who preferred bud light. Also, our onion rings didnt have much onion in them.

We are from out of town but this place has good beer and the building is more traditional craft brewery style, which I like (more industrial feeling). Great customer service and the wings were really good too! Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.
