Have been going here for several years. Over a year ago I went Vegan and have not been able to really eat here. They got rid of their Veggie Chili for almost a year now. Decided to try going there yesterday with my family. I brought a Boca burger in the box, packaged - with me and asked them to make it for me in a burger and fries meal instead of meat. The Chef and manager came out and refused to cook it on their grill saying it was a health code issue. I looked this up and it is absolutely not true. Also, I asked why they didnt have a veggie burger for me as an option then - and they said that they didnt have to. Shockingly stubborn backwards people run that place. Very strange attitude to have in an otherwise progressive area. Their loss.

If I could I would give ZERO stars to this place. Im 30, came in with 3 other people, more then willing to spend $$$ ( and I AM in the business) and I was denied service because my boyfriends VALID ID said "under 21 after certain date": (this ID is to date and hes 32!!!!!!) I have never heard of denial of service for such a thing! I will NEVER come here again, the blonde woman behind the bar was rude, with zero knowledge of what she was stating and why! Theres a reason why this place is in the middle of nowhere with no one in it! Its a shame! We had just come back from EATalia 2 minutes away and spend 180$ with wonderful service! Smh! Their lo$$!!!!!

The food is quite good come the service hit or miss. I recommend the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese, The Tavern BLT comma and the crunchy guacamole turkey burger. I do not recommend the wings. They offer fries or chips with most sandwiches, and sweet potato fries involve a $3 up charge. None of their fries or chips or anything special comma and you dont even get enough of them to call it a portion. This place features moderate portions, do not expect to get large portions comma but dont expect to get small portions either of us youre ordering expensive protein Mike Webster or state.

Not impressed. We walked in and were ignored for over 10 mins. Then we were told there was just a tiny table in the corner and the other tables were reserved, which clearly werent, so we sat the bar. The bar tender was less than friendly and seemed annoyed to have to serve us. She even went as far to card us and had an attitude - mind you my husband and I are 40 yrs. Then we waited over 30 mins for just an appetizer (burnt wings). The place is a hole and clearly crowded only because its so small and not many other places in the area.

The pizza here is a hit-or-miss but everything else is very delicious. The burgers are great the sandwiches are excellent the wings are yummy and yes they have pretty delicious drinks as well. The only thing is I can get a little packed in the summer so it could be hard to find a seat or table available. Earlier or later is better! Their homemade fries and chips are delicious.

Typical comfort food for a bar but their Buffalo Mac n Cheese is great. Lobster sandwiches are okay, but too salty for my taste. If you keep in mind your going to a bar and not a 5 star steakhouse you will not be let down. Drink selection is good as well the beers, personally I prefer IPAs which they dont always have but I like their Captain Lawrence they usually carry.

A consistent great place to go to eat and drink and unwind. Good pizza and steak sandwiches and yummy salads. Try the bucket of calories for desert, I think they call it a Dog Bowl Sundae If you can try to avoid the childrens feeding time, as this is a little place and their voices tend to rattle of the walls. But the food is always good.

I do not know what was worse, the dogshit nachos, The attitude on the waitress or the fact that the bartender carded us and I am like 800 years old. Friend told me it must be good because it is always packed. Maybe thats because there is like 4 table there......... P.S The wings sucked also

Kinda provincial; local drunks and floozies and such. It used to be owned by Jackie Gleason, but they gutted it out, and the back bar looks like a washroom at Port Authority. The pizza is really good though, and worth the trip. Try not to touch anything with your person.

Good clam chowder, corn crab chowder with ZERO crab flavor and calamari appetizer thats all bread and grease. Service is spotty. Management no interest in customers opinion of food. $38 later, I feel like I wasted my money.

Was a nice stop on our ride home. Staff was very friendly and clearly a popular choice with the locals. A touch pricey, but not out of reach. Its up against the highway, but sat outside to bask in the afternoon sun anyway.

Perfect bar and brunch, feels like an extension of my living room... All the staff feel like they are family or close friends. Food is always great american pub food and you can get a nice glass of wine to boot.

This is a friendly, noisy, neighborhood bar. The food is reliably good and prices are moderate to low. The staff is always excellent and the customers happy. Good spot for kids and the whole family

Good solid burger place with great draft beers. Oh, they also do a very nice lobster roll. Very good prices. Outdoor dining in the summer. Eaten there many times and never been disappointed.

Took a local dive bar and went a bit upscale. Great food and a good local atmosphere. Foods a little expensive but the quality is also very high so its worth it.
