TL;DR Panera bread can best be described as "Fast food meets Health Food". This Panera is a little smaller than the one in Bohemia, so if you come during peek hours getting a seat can be an issue. Reasonably clean and priced for healthy food. If you want cheap go to the dollar menu at McDonalds. ORDERS They have a fast lane kiosk that makes ordering your food a snap, and even faster when you use it frequently because you can save any meal combination as a "favorite". All major credit cards are accepted including Apple & Android pay. If you do use the Apple or Android pay note that it is only available at the main counter and not the kiosk. Once complete you grab a numbered sensor and place it on your table. Usually within a few minutes the food is brought to your table. CLEANLINESS The bathrooms are small, but usually clean. The mens room only has a single stall, so you might have to pinch it for a short while

Didnt even realize there was a Panera was in Patchogue. I usually go to Riverhead or Hampton Bays. Terrific service from Valerie, the cashier, who helped me with an order that had a few different parts to it. Another very pleasant young woman brought the dessert and sliced bread from my order over to me while I was fixing my coffee. Walked to takeout counter and the rest of my order was ready. Perfect! The soup, salad, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and bread are always delicious. Love the asiago cheese bread. Also tried the steak and arugula sandwich. Perfect with the broccoli cheddar soup. I love this place!

I always order online since its on my way to work, and I dont know why I keep on going to this location. There is always something wrong with the order. And when I ask for whats missing, I always receive and attitude. Dont customize the order either because youll pay the extra two or three bucks and not realize its not there until break time. I usually go to Noodles and company now and Ive never had an issue there.

Called in my order at 4 p.m. got there at 4:30 after the lady told me 15-20 minutes it is now going on 5 oclock I still have no food I would not be eating here again for a long time very upset with the service manager did give me my refund and he did offer free food and I was too upset to enjoy myself now Im going to Taco Bell

At 10:00 in the morning they had no dark roast coffee left...then had to wait and the manager comes out with a cup of it for me and boy was that strong I think that came from the pot he was making otherwise it was ok its a little pricy

Got the new turkey Apple cheddar sandwich 7 dollars for a half sandwich. It didnt have any apple in it, and a tiny slice of cheddar that barely covered half of the half sandwich. Sandwich was bland and the bread was slimy. Blegh!!!

Love the food, and the fact that the location is perfectly placed along my route to work. I just wish the prices werent so crazy for the little bit of food that you get. An average lunch runs about $11 - without a drink or dessert.

The location in Patchogue is much more convenient than Riverhead for me....the food is good and yes expensive...in my opinion the sandwhiches should be bigger and be stuffed more for the price...but all in all, good food...yummy ♡

breakfast sandwich was ok kinda expensive for one egg and a sausage pattie and a waffer thin piece of cheese. chai tea tastes awful and coffee was burnt.

Ordered a tuna sandwich...the tuna to bread ratio was terrible. 1/4 amount of tuna to the size of the bread. Not trying to carb up here.

Get there early for a soufflé. They will change your life. I highly recommend the Spinach and Bacon soufflé. They are simply amazing!
