The service is the worst ever. Anyone that gives this establishment more then one star must work there or their family or friend must works there. This establishment is in a small town not a major city like manhattan it makes no since that it takes so long for the server to come and check on their tables. The wings were stemming hot and the fries and rice was warm border line cold. By the time the server stop talking in the back and came to the front we ate the wings and sent all the sides back paid and left. Also when we sat down and the server took our order we ordered a slice of chocolate cake to go which by the way the server forgot. By the time we were leaving there was no more cake. This business will not be around for long. The staff is not trained and the manager is just there for a check. The is no way that the manager doesnt know about these issues she just doesnt care. Poor food poor service. Better service at KFC and the food at KFC is hot. Go at your on risk.

Simply disgusting! Spent $23 including tip. Only ordered 10pc garlic parmesan wings and fries through grubhub. Chicken arrived dry (no sauce) and over cooked. It did not taste like fresh chicken. I asked for extra ketchup for fried not one packet was delivered with tbe food. I do not recommend this place at all. Tasted like food that had been sitting for hours. The delivery was so fast i am positive that it was not ordered and cooked freshly. Very disappointed. I was so hungry. $23 down the drain. Dont order delivery! Save your money. Called the manger Aderly to tell him about my experience. He simply said he was sorry. Not once did he say is there anything i can do or send to you to compensate for this poor experience. Customer service sucks too. #hurricanegrill&wings in Newburgh, NY sucks!!!

I went to Hurricane Grill & Wings for lunch with my Co-workers. The decor really caught my eye, they have transformed a small part of Newburgh into a Beach/Sports bar. Ireally felt the vibe and they had some good reggae music playing in the background to top things off. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, I didnt get the right sauce for my wings. The server was happy to reorder them for me, no issues. The wings were ok but I will go back and order something different. I really liked the menu, it had some interesting choices I want to try. Overall we had a good visit and I will definitely go back.

Service is pretty bad. Server just looked at me as I questioned why they charged us for "large" salads when thats not an option on the menu with no prices other than what she said was a "small". We did not order these "large" salads. Beer lines must be dirty as the flower power tasted terrible. After trying this place for a second time... the first not being great this second visit was awful. Maybe just out server but dont ask any questions about beer as they have no clue. Try anywhere else but here.

This place was okay. Nice atmosphere inside and you can sit outside. The place has a beachy feel, it almost felt like I was on vacation. But the food was a little tasteless and my mixed drink wasnt great. Tasted like something I would throw together in my college dorm. The people who worked here werent very welcoming and acted like they hated their job. It might be a nice place to sit outside and drink with friends. Other than that, its nothing special.

Again the ordered was messed up!!!!And Melanie the manager, POOR work ethic, arguing with customers!!!! I would say she represents the company well. She needs to return to training and gain some additional skills. !!!! Also reporting behavior to headquarters and lets see that they say!!!!! Great job Melanie, your a great role model for the employees. Guess what because of your behavior.... you lost a few more customers!!!

been here a few times for business meetings and havnt really had anything more than the hot wings in descending order which isnt the normal thing and I know... Hostesses have been very attentive and wings have been good. Ill update the review when i have something outside of my regular fare.

Good food, many different wings flavors. Fair pricing. Beach theme. Waiter was very friendly. Hottest was not hot enough for us, but were those people where very little ever is. Dont be afraid to sample sauces and mix flavors. Good menu options.

I only review after three visits to be fair. The servers and bartenders were great. The food is similar to a Fridays so dont get crazy excited. The interior was done very well. It has a nice bright summary feeling when you walk in.

Had some of the buffalo parmesean garlic wings. They were some of the best Ive had in a while. The bones were a bit brittle, and fell apart inside the wing, but still good overall. Service was pretty good as well.

What I got was terrible, first time I have been here and it was not a good experience, the beach theme is cool and all but not the food at all. I wont be coming here a second time. Dont let the atmosphere fool you.

Good food, reasonably priced, watch the game if you want (probably 30 TVs in the place). Outdoor seating, open layout, and its not noisy. I also liked it that calories are provided for every item on the menu.

Service was poor, food was warm not hot, Cuban sandwich was not made right. The chicken on the salad was cold and had no flavor. A little salt and pepper go a long way. Needless to say I will not be back.

The atmosphere is like Margaritaville, it is a nice change from the other local chain restaurants. The prices are fair and I have enjoyed everything I have tried on the menu so far.
